Description
Claims (9)
- 피스톤이 삽입된 상태에서 왕복 직선 운동하면서 그 사이에 소정의 압축공간을 형성하는 실린더와,상기 압축공간의 내부압력에 따라 상기 실린더 일단에 개폐 가능하게 설치되어 상기 압축공간의 냉매를 토출시키는 토출밸브 어셈블리와,상기 압축공간과 연통되도록 상기 실린더 일단 및 상기 토출밸브 어셈블리를 감싸도록 설치되되, 상기 토출밸브 어셈블리의 개폐 여부에 따라 상기 압축공간에서 압축된 냉매가 토출되되, 냉매가 상대적으로 체적이 작은 토출공간에서 체적이 큰 토출공간으로 유동되도록 하여 맥동을 저감시키는 토출캡을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기용 냉매토출구조.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토출캡은 체적이 큰 하나의 토출공간과 체적이 작은 세 개의 토출공간이 원주방향으로 일정 간격을 두고 연통되도록 형성되고,상기 토출밸브 어셈블리는 상기 토출캡의 작은 토출공간들로 각각 냉매가 토출되도록 하는 연통홀들을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기용 냉매토출구조.
- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 토출캡과 이격되도록 위치되어 상기 토출실로부터 유입된 냉매가 통과되면서 맥동을 저감시키는 적어도 하나 이상의 완충캡과,상기 토출캡과 완충캡 사이를 연결하여 냉매가 압력차에 의해 유동되도록 하는 연결 파이프와,상기 완충캡과 연결되어 상기 완충캡을 통과한 냉매를 외부로 토출되도록 안내하는 루프 파이프를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기용 냉매토출구조.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 완충캡은 상기 실린더 일단이 고정되는 프레임에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기용 냉매토출구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 완충캡은 상기 토출캡보다 체적이 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기용 냉매토출구조.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 토출캡에서, 상대적으로 체적이 큰 토출공간에 상기 연결 파이프가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기용 냉매토출구조.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 완충캡에서, 상기 연결 파이프의 일단과 상기 루프 파이프의 일단이 이격되도록 서로 반대방향에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기용 냉매토출구조.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 완충캡에서, 상기 연결 파이프의 일단이 상기 루프 파이프의 일단보다 더 깊게 위치되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기용 냉매토출구조.
