Claims (6)
- 리튬금속산화물과 활성탄을 용매에 혼합한 용액이 코팅, 건조된 전극을 갖는 슈퍼캐퍼시터에 있어서:상기 리튬금속산화물에 대하여 상기 활성탄은 중량비 5 내지 50%로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슈퍼캐퍼시터.

- 리튬금속산화물, 상기 리튬금속산화물에 대하여 중량비 5 내지 50%의 활성탄, 도전재, 바인더를 용매로 혼합하는 단계;슬러리 상태의 용액을 탈포하는 탈포단계;전극박판 재료에 탈포된 용액을 50 ~ 200㎛로 코팅하는 단계;코팅된 상기 전극박판 재료를 건조하여 열간압착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슈퍼캐퍼시터의 전극형성방법.
