- 촬상장치에 의하여 얻어진 감시화상의 입력수단과, 행선지를 판정할 수 있도록 설정된 상기 감시화상 위의 N개(N은 3 이상의 양의 정수)의 영역을 기억하는 영역 기억수단과, 상기 N개의 영역의 화상변화를 검출하는 변화 검출수단과, 상기 변화 검출수단으로 검출된 화상 변화의 적어도 하나의 특징을 추출하는 특징 추출수단과, 검출된 화상 변화에 관련되는 감시정보를 생성하는 감시정보 생성수단과, 상기 감시정보의 송신수단으로 이루어지고,상기 특징 추출수단으로 추출하는 특징은, 상기 N개의 영역 중의 어느 2개의 영역에서 차례로 화상변화가 검출되었을 때의 순서에 관한 특징을 포함하고,상기 송신수단은 검출된 상기 N개의 영역 중의 어느 2개의 영역에서 차례로 화상 변화가 검출되었을 때의 순서에 관한 특징에 의거하여 감시정보의 송신지를 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변화검출장치.
