Claims (8)
- 유기 전계발광 표시장치에 있어서,'n'번째('n'은 2 이상인 자연수) 게이트 라인과 연결되는 게이트 단자를 갖는 제 1 트랜지스터;상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 소오스 단자와 연결되는 게이트 단자, 데이터 라인과 연결되는 소오스 단자, 및 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 드레인 단자와 연결되는 드레인 단자를 갖는 제 2 트랜지스터;'n-1'번째 게이트 라인과 연결되는 게이트 단자, 제 1 전압과 연결되는 소오스 단자, 및 제 1 및 제 2 트랜지스터의 공통 드레인 단자와 연결되는 드레인 단자를 갖는 제 3 트랜지스터;상기 제 1 및 제 2 트랜지스터의 공통 드레인 단자와 연결되는 게이트 단자와, 제 2 전압과 연결되는 소오스 단자를 갖는 제 4 트랜지스터;상기 제 4 트랜지스터의 게이트 단자와 소오스 단자 사이에 연결되는 캐패시터; 및상기 제 4 트랜지스터의 드레인 단자와 제 3 전압 사이에 연결되어 상기 제 4 트랜지스터의 드레인 단자에 흐르는 전류의 양에 상응하는 빛을 발광하는 유기 발광수단;으로 구성된 화소를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 트랜지스터와 상기 제 4 트랜지스터는 동일한 공정 및 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 트랜지스터는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 트랜지스터가 턴 온되기 전에 상기 제 1 전압을 통하여 상기 제 4 트랜지스터를 턴 오프시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전압이 전원 전압이고, 상기 제 3 전압이 접지 전압일 때, 상기 제 3 및 제 4 트랜지스터는 PMOS 트랜지스터이고, 상기 제 1 전압은 가장 작은 데이터 신호 전압보다 작은 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 유기 전계발광 표시장치에 있어서,'n'번째('n'은 2 이상인 자연수) 게이트 라인과 연결되는 게이트 단자를 갖는 제 1 트랜지스터;상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 소오스 단자와 연결되는 게이트 단자, 데이터 라인과 연결되는 소오스 단자, 및 상기 제 1 트랜지스터의 드레인 단자와 연결되는 드레인 단자를 갖는 제 2 트랜지스터;'n-1'번째 게이트 라인과 연결되는 게이트 단자, 제 1 전압과 연결되는 소오스 단자, 및 제 1 및 제 2 트랜지스터의 공통 드레인 단자와 연결되는 드레인 단자를 갖는 제 3 트랜지스터;상기 제 1 및 제 2 트랜지스터의 공통 드레인 단자와 연결되는 게이트 단자와, 제 2 전압과 연결되는 소오스 단자를 갖는 제 4 트랜지스터;상기 제 4 트랜지스터의 게이트 단자와 소오스 단자 사이에 연결되는 캐패시터;상기 'n-1'번째 게이트 라인과 연결되는 게이트 단자, 상기 제 4 트랜지스터의 드레인 단자와 연결되는 소오스 단자를 갖는 제 5 트랜지스터; 및상기 제 5 트랜지스터의 소오스 단자와 제 3 전압 사이에 연결되어 상기 제 5 트랜지스터의 소오스 단자에 흐르는 전류의 양에 상응하는 빛을 발광하는 유기 발광수단;으로 구성된 화소를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 트랜지스터와 상기 제 4 트랜지스터는 동일한 공정 및 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 트랜지스터는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 트랜지스터가 턴 온되기 전에 상 기 제 1 전압을 통하여 상기 제 4 트랜지스터를 턴 오프시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전압이 전원 전압이고, 상기 제 3 전압이 접지 전압일 때, 상기 제 3 및 제 4 트랜지스터는 PMOS 트랜지스터이고, 상기 제 5 트랜지스터는 NMOS 트랜지스터이며, 상기 제 1 전압은 가장 작은 데이터 신호 전압보다 작은 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
