Claims (8)
- 공급되는 전류에 의해 유기 재료에 전계를 가하여 빛을 방출하기 위하여, 캐소드가 기준 전압원에 연결되는 유기 발광 다이오드로 구성되는 유기 발광 수단;상기 유기 발광 수단에 상기 전류를 공급하는 구동 트랜지스터;상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 문턱 전압이 보상된 데이터 신호 전압을 인가하는 커패시터;제1 게이트 신호에 따라 상기 커패시터에 상기 문턱 전압이 충전되는 경로를 제공하기 위하여, 데이터 신호 전압이 인가되는 드레인, 상기 제1 게이트 신호가 인가되는 게이트 및 상기 커패시터의 일단에 연결되는 소오스를 구비하는 제1 NMOS 트랜지스터와 상기 커패시터의 타단에 연결되는 드레인, 상기 제1 게이트 신호가 인가되는 게이트, 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소오스에 연결되는 소오스를 구비하는 제2 NMOS 트랜지스터를 포함하여 구성되는 제1 스위칭 수단; 및제2 게이트 신호에 따라 상기 커패시터에 상기 데이터 신호를 인가하여 상기 문턱 전압이 보상된 데이터 신호를 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 인가하는 제 2 스위칭 수단;을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 표시 장치용 화소 구동 전압 보상 회로.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커패시터는일단(一端)이 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 연결되고, 타단(他端)이 상기 제1 NMOS 트랜지스터의 소오스와 상기 제2 NMOS 트랜지스터의 드레인에 연결되는유기 전계 발광 표시 장치용 화소 구동 전압 보상 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 트랜지스터는상기 제1 NMOS 트랜지스터의 소오스와 상기 커패시터의 일단에 연결되는 게이트, 전원 전압이 인가되는 드레인 및 상기 유기 발광 다이오드의 애노드에 연결되는 제3 NMOS 트랜지스터인유기 전계 발광 표시 장치용 화소 구동 전압 보상 회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 스위칭 수단은상기 데이터 신호 전압이 인가되는 드레인, 상기 제2 게이트 신호가 인가되는 게이트, 상기 커패시터의 타단에 연결되는 소오스를 구비하는 제4 MOS 트랜지스터인유기 전계 발광 표시 장치용 화소 구동 전압 보상 회로.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 유기 발광 다이오드의 애노드에 연결되는 드레인, 상기 제1 게이트 신호가 인가되는 게이트 및 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소오스에 연결되는 소오스를 구비하는 PMOS 트랜지스터를 더 포함하는유기 전계 발광 표시 장치용 화소 구동 전압 보상 회로.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 트랜지스터는상기 유기 전계 발광 다이오드에 상기 데이터 신호 전압과 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소오스 전압의 전압 차의 제곱에 비례하는 전류를 공급하는유기 전계 발광 표시 장치용 화소 구동 전압 보상 회로.
