Claims (20)
- 아날로그 변환된 출력 전류에 대응하는 각각의 데이터 신호를 해당 데이터선에 순차적으로 인가하는 데이터 구동부의 전류 출력 장치에 있어서,상기 아날로그 출력 전류를 서로 일정 비를 갖는 정신호(IDAC) 및 부신호(IDACB)의 아날로그 출력 전류로 입력하는 아날로그 출력신호 변환 수단;제1 제어신호에 따라 상기 정신호(IDAC) 및 부신호(IDACB)의 아날로그 출력 전류의 공급을 제어하는 스위칭 수단; 및전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호에 따라 상기 정신호(IDAC) 및 부신호(IDACB)의 아날로그 출력 전류를 샘플링 또는 홀딩하는 전류 샘플-홀드 회로를 포함하는 데이터 구동부의 전류 출력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 정신호(IDAC) 및 부신호(IDACB)의 아날로그 출력 전류는 서로 일정 비를 가짐으로써 부하 조건을 일정하게 하고, 아날로그 변환되는 출력 전류의 변환 속도가 저하되지 않게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 구동부의 전류 출력 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류 샘플-홀드 회로는,제1 전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호에 따라 아날로그 출력 전류(IDAC)를 샘플링 또는 홀딩하는 마스터 전류 샘플-홀드 회로;제2 전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호에 따라 아날로그 출력 전류(IDAC)를 홀딩 또는 샘플링하는 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로; 및전류 출력 제어신호에 따라 마스터 전류 샘플-홀드 회로 또는 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로에서 홀딩 중인 출력 전류를 선택하여 해당 데이터선에 인가하는 멀티플렉서를 포함하는 데이터 구동부의 전류 출력 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호는 상기 마스터 및 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로에서 동시에 샘플링 동작이 발생하지 않도록 서로 배타적으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 구동부의 전류 출력 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 마스터 및 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로는 어느 하나가 상기 아날로그 출력 전류를 샘플링하는 경우 다른 하나는 이전의 로우(row) 라인 시간 동안 샘플링한 전류값을 홀딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 구동부의 전류 출력 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 마스터 및 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로에서 출력되는 전류는 정수 배 증폭되어 상기 전류 출력 제어신호에 따라 선택적으로 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 구동부의 전류 출력 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 마스터 또는 슬레이브 전류 샘플/홀드 회로는 출력 전류 범위가 최대 출력 전류 범위에서 비례 축소되도록 출력 범위를 조절하는 2비트 아날로그/디지털 변환기를 포함하는 데이터 구동부의 전류 출력 장치.

- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전류 샘플-홀드 회로는,제1 전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호에 따라 아날로그 출력 전류(IDAC)를 샘플링 또는 홀딩하는 마스터 전류 샘플-홀드 회로;제2 전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호에 따라 아날로그 출력 전류(IDAC)를 홀딩 또는 샘플링하는 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로; 및전류 출력 제어신호에 따라 마스터 전류 샘플-홀드 회로 또는 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로에서 홀딩 중인 출력 전류를 선택하여 해당 데이터선에 인가하는 멀티플렉서를 포함하는 데이터 구동 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호는 상기 마스터 및 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로에서 동시에 샘플링 동작이 발생하지 않도록 서로 배타적으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 구동 장치.

- 선택신호를 전달하는 복수의 주사선, 데이터 신호를 전달하는 복수의 데이터선 및 상기 주사선과 상기 데이터선에 각각 연결되는 복수의 화소를 포함하는 표시부와 상기 데이터 신호를 생성하여 상기 데이터선에 각각 인가하는 데이터 구동부와 상기 선택신호를 생성하여 상기 주사선에 각각 인가하는 주사 구동부를 포함하는 발광 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동부는,복수의 데이터 신호를 순차적으로 선택하여 출력하는 다중화부;상기 다중화부로부터 순차적으로 전달되는 복수의 데이터 신호를 순차적으로 아날로그 데이터 신호로 변환하는 D/A 변환부; 및상기 D/A 변환부에서 변환된 데이터 신호를 해당하는 상기 데이터선에 각각 인가하도록 제어하는 전류 출력부를 포함하되,상기 전류 출력부는,상기 아날로그 출력 전류를 서로 일정 비를 갖는 정신호(IDAC) 및 부신호(IDACB)의 아날로그 출력 전류로 입력하는 아날로그 출력신호 변환 수단;제1 제어신호에 따라 상기 정신호(IDAC) 및 부신호(IDACB)의 아날로그 출력 전류의 공급을 제어하는 스위칭 수단; 및전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호에 따라 상기 정신호(IDAC) 및 부신호(IDACB)의 아날로그 출력 전류를 샘플링 또는 홀딩하는 전류 샘플-홀드 회로를 포함하는 발광 표시 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 전류 샘플-홀드 회로는,제1 전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호에 따라 아날로그 출력 전류(IDAC)를 샘플링 또는 홀딩하는 마스터 전류 샘플-홀드 회로;제2 전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호에 따라 아날로그 출력 전류(IDAC)를 홀딩 또는 샘플링하는 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로; 및전류 출력 제어신호에 따라 마스터 전류 샘플-홀드 회로 또는 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로에서 홀딩 중인 출력 전류를 선택하여 해당 데이터선에 인가하는 멀티플렉서를 포함하는 발광 표시 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호는 상기 마스터 및 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로에서 동시에 샘플링 동작이 발생하지 않도록 서로 배타적으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 표시 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 마스터 및 슬레이브 전류 샘플-홀드 회로는 어느 하나가 상기 아날로그 출력 전류를 샘플링하는 경우 다른 하나는 이전의 로우(row) 라인 시간 동안 샘플링한 전류값을 홀딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 표시 장치.
- 발광 표시 패널에 있어서,선택신호를 전달하는 복수의 주사선;데이터 전류를 전달하는 복수의 데이터선;상기 주사선과 상기 데이터선에 각각 연결되는 복수의 화소;상기 선택신호를 생성하여 해당하는 주사선에 각각 인가하는 주사 구동부; 및순차적으로 전달되는 복수의 데이터 신호를 순차적으로 아날로그 데이터 신호로 변환하고, 변환된 데이터 신호를 해당하는 상기 데이터선에 각각 인가하도록 전류 출력부를 통해 제어하는 데이터 구동부를 포함하되,상기 데이터 구동부의 전류 출력부는,상기 아날로그 출력 전류를 서로 일정 비를 갖는 정신호(IDAC) 및 부신호(IDACB)의 아날로그 출력 전류로 입력하는 아날로그 출력신호 변환 수단;제1 제어신호에 따라 상기 정신호(IDAC) 및 부신호(IDACB)의 아날로그 출력 전류의 공급을 제어하는 스위칭 수단; 및전류 샘플-홀드 제어신호에 따라 상기 정신호(IDAC) 및 부신호(IDACB)의 아날로그 출력 전류를 샘플링 또는 홀딩하는 전류 샘플-홀드 회로를 포함하는 발광 표시 패널.
