Claims (7)
- 적어도 한 방향으로 탄성 신축 가능한 탄성층의 적어도 한 면에, 섬유로 이루어지고 상기 한 방향으로 비탄성적으로 신장 가능한 비탄성층이 접합하고 있는 탄성 신축 가능한 복합 시트로서,상기 섬유가 윤활제를 0.1∼5.0 중량% 함유하는 열가소성 합성 섬유를 80 중량% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 신축성 복합 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 합성 섬유는 폴리프로필렌의 단중합체로 이루어지는 섬유, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 섬유, 에틸렌-프로필렌-부텐 공중합체로 이루어지는 섬유 및 이들 섬유 중 두 종류 이상을 포함하는 섬유 혼합물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 복합 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성층과 상기 비탄성층이 적어도 상기 한 방향에 있어서 간헐적으로 형성된 접합 부위에서 일체화하고, 상기 한 방향에 있어서 서로 인접하고 있는 접합 부위끼리 사이에 연장되는 상기 섬유의 길이는 상기 접합 부위끼리 사이의 직선 거리보다 길게 형성되어 있는 것인 복합 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제는 지방산 아미드, 지방산 에스테르 및 금속 비누 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것인 복합 시트.
- 적어도 한 방향으로 탄성 신축 가능한 탄성 웨브를 상기 한 방향으로 공급하고, 상기 탄성 웨브의 적어도 한 면에, 섬유로 이루어지고 상기 한 방향으로 비탄성적으로 신장 가능한 비탄성 웨브를 중첩시키며, 상기 한 방향에 있어서 이들 양 웨브를 간헐적으로 접합함으로써 탄성 신축 가능한 복합 시트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 섬유로는 윤활제를 0.1∼5.0 중량% 함유하는 열가소성 합성 섬유를 80 중량% 이상 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 폴리프로필렌의 단중합체로 이루어지는 섬유, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 섬유, 에틸렌-프로필렌-부텐 공중합체로 이루어지는 섬유 및 이들 섬유 중 두 종류 이상을 포함하는 섬유 혼합물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 웨브와 상기 비탄성 웨브를 접합한 후, 이들 양 웨브를 상기 한 방향으로 80% 이상 연신하는 공정과, 그 후에 상기 탄성 웨브의 수축력에 의해서 상기 양 웨브를 수축시키는 공정이 포함되는 것인 방법.
