Claims (7)
- (A) 스티렌계 수지,(B) 모든 브롬 원자가 방향환에 결합되어 있는 융점 200℃∼260℃의 브롬 함유 방향환 화합물,(C) 모든 브롬 원자가 방향환에 결합되어 있는 융점 300℃ 이상의 브롬 함유 방향환 화합물,(D) 2,3-디브로모프로필기를 갖는 브롬 함유 유기화합물 및 임의로(E) 삼산화안티몬을 함유하는 난연성 스티렌계 수지 조성물로서,조성물 중의 화합물(B), 화합물(C) 및 화합물(D)의 비율은 합계하여 스티렌계 수지 100중량부 당 3∼10중량부이고, 그 합계량의 20∼80%를 화합물(D)가, 그리고 나머지를 화합물(B)와 화합물(C)가 차지하고, 또한 화합물(B)와 화합물(C)의 합계량의 10∼60%를 화합물(C)가 차지하며, 조성물 중의 삼산화안티몬의 비율은 스티렌계 수지 100중량부 당 0∼3중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 융점 200℃∼260℃의 브롬 함유 방향환 화합물(B)는, 트리스(트리브로모페녹시)트리아진, 디브로모페녹시 비스(트리브로모페녹시)트리아진 및/또는 비스(디브로모페녹시)트리브로모페녹시 트리아진과의 혼합물, 비스(트리브로모페녹시)에탄 및 브롬화 트리메틸페닐인단으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 융점 300℃ 이상의 브롬 함유 방향환 화합물(C)는, 브롬화 디페닐알칸, 에틸렌 비스 브롬화 프탈이미드, 브롬화 디페닐에테르 및 브롬화 페닐벤질에테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 융점 300℃ 이상의 브롬 함유 방향환 화합물(C)는,데카브로모디페닐메탄;노나브로모디페닐메탄;데카브로모디페닐에탄;노나브로모디페닐에탄;에틸렌 비스테트라브로모프탈이미드;데카브로모디페닐에테르;노나브로모디페닐에테르 및펜타브로모페닐펜타브로모벤질에테로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 2,3-디브로모프로필기를 갖는 브롬 함유 유기화합물(D)는, 클로르화 또는 브롬화 단환 페놀 또는 쌍환 페놀류의 2,3-디브로모프로필에테르 또는 트리스(2,3-디브로모프로필)이소시아누레이트에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 2,3-디브로모프로필기를 갖는 브롬 함유 유기화합물(D)는,1-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-2,4,6-트리브로모벤젠;1-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-2,4-디브로모벤젠;4,4'-비스(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,3',5,5'-테트라브로모비페닐;비스[4-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,5-디브로모페닐]메탄;1,1-비스[4-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,5-디브로모페닐]에탄;2,2-비스[4-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,5-디브로모페닐]프로판;비스[4-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,5-디클로로페닐]메탄:1,1-비스[4-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,5-디클로로페닐]에탄;2,2-비스[4-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,5-디클로로페닐]프로판;비스[4-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,5-디브로모페닐]술폰;비스[4-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,5-디브로모페닐]술파이드;비스[4-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,5-디브로모페닐]술폭시드;비스[4-(2,3-디브로모프로폭시)-3,5-디클로로페닐]술폰; 및트리스(2,3-디브로모프로필)이소시아누레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 조성물로 제조된 난연성 플라스틱 성형물.
