Claims (4)
- 그물(網目)형상의 미소 균열(microcrack) 내에, Al2O3, SiC, Si3N4 및 다이아몬드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상으로 이루어진 경질입자를 함유하는 복합 크롬도금 피막으로서, 상기 미소균열의 표면점유율은 10∼20 면적%이고, 분포밀도는 1,200∼2,500개/cm이며, 또한 상기 경질 입자의 함유량은 상기 피막 전체를 100 질량%로 했을 때 1∼15 질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 크롬 도금 피막.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피막은 2층 이상의 복합 크롬 도금층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 크롬 도금 피막.
- 적어도 슬라이딩 부재의 모재(母材)의 슬라이딩 면에 제1항 또는 제2항의 복합 크롬 도금 피막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재.
- 적어도 산화크롬, 황산, 실리코플루오라이드(silicofluoride), 술폰산기 함유 화합물 또는 그의 염, 음이온계 계면활성제 및, Al2O3, SiC, Si3N4 과 다이아몬드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 경질 입자를 함유하는 크롬 도금욕에 슬라이딩 부재의 모재를 침지한 상태에서,(a) 상기 모재의 슬라이딩 면에 경질 크롬 도금층을 형성하는 단계; 및(b) 얻어진 경질 크롬 도금층을 역전압(inverse voltage) 처리하는 단계를 1회 이상 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부재의 제조 방법.
