Claims (7)
- 서로 겹쳐지도록 배치되는 제1, 2 부재;상기 제1, 2 부재 사이에 배치되며, 중간부 또는 가장자리부 중에서 적어도 하나 이상의 부분에 배치되는 보강부재;를 포함하는 미세 패턴 형성용 몰드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강부재는 다수의 타공부가 제공되는 미세 패턴 형성용 몰드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강부재는 폴리에틸렌 필름으로 이루어지는 미세 패턴 형성용 몰드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1부재에는 기판의 일면에 밀착되어 패턴을 형성시키기 위한 패턴면이 제공된 미세 패턴 형성용 몰드.
- 이동수단에 의하여 상, 하, 좌, 우로 이동이 가능한 홀더;상기 홀더에 결합될 수 있으며,서로 겹쳐지도록 배치되는 제1, 2 부재,상기 제1, 2 부재 사이에 배치되며, 중간부 또는 가장자리부 중에서 적어도 하나 이상의 부분에 배치되는 보강부재를 포함하는 몰드;상기 몰드에 밀착되는 기판이 올려지는 베이스;를 포함하는 기판의 미세 패턴 성형장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 홀더는 진공력에 의하여 상기 몰드를 흡착하여 결합상태를 유지하는 기판의 미세 패턴 성형 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 보강부재는 다수의 타공부가 제공되는 기판의 미세 패턴 성형 장치.
