Claims (9)
- (A) 열가소성 폴리카보네이트 수지 45∼95 중량부;(B) (b1) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌, C1-C8 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-C8 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 또는 이들의 혼합물 50∼95 중량%(b11)와 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1-C8 메타크릴산 알킬에스테르류, C1-C8 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, C1-C4 알킬 또는 페닐 핵 치환 말레이미드, 또는 이들의 혼합물 5∼50 중량%(b12)로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물 5∼95 중량%를 (b2) 부타디엔 고무, 아크릴 고무, 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무, 스티렌/부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔 고무, 이소프렌 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔의 삼원공중합체(EPDM), 폴리오가노실록산/폴리알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 고무복합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 중합체 5∼95 중량%에 그라프트 중합하여 얻은 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체 1∼50 중량부;(C) (c1) 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 할로겐 또는 알킬 치환 스티렌, C1-C8 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-C8 아크릴산 알킬 에스테르류 또는 이들의 혼합물 50∼95 중량%와 (c2) 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, C1-C8 메타크릴산 알킬 에스테르류, C1-C8 아크릴산 메틸 에스테르류, 무수말레인산, C1-C4 알킬 또는 페닐 핵 치환 말레이미드 또는 이들의 혼합물 5∼50 중량%를 공중합하여 얻은 비닐계 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물 0∼50 중량부;(D) 상기 기초수지 (A)+(B)+(C)의 100 중량부에 대하여 (d1) 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 비스페놀-A로부터 유도된 올리고머형 인산 에스테르 화합물 또는 그 혼합물 5∼99 중량%와 (d2) 하기의 화학식 3으로 표시되는 레조시놀로부터 유도된 올리고머형 인산 에스테르 화합물 또는 그 혼합물 1∼95 중량%로 이루어지는 올리고머형 인산 에스테르 혼합물 1∼30 중량부:[화학식 2](상기 식에서, R1은 C6-C20 아릴 또는 알킬 치환된 C6-C20 아릴기이며, m은 1 내지 5의 정수이며, m의 평균값은 1 내지 3 임);[화학식 3](상기 식에서, R2 는 알킬 치환된 C6-C20 아릴기이며, n은 1 내지 5의 정수이며, n의 평균값은 1 내지 3 임); 및(E) 상기 기초수지 (A)+(B)+(C)의 100 중량부에 대하여 불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지 0.05∼5 중량부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (d1)의 R1과 구성성분 (d2)의 R2가 각각 페닐기 또는 나프틸기이거나 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 부틸, sec-부틸, t-부틸, 이소부틸, 이소아밀, t-아밀 등의 알킬기가 치환된 페닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레조시놀로부터 유도된 올리고머형 인산 에스테르 화합물(d2)의 R2가 메틸, 에틸, 이소프로필 또는 t-부틸기가 치환된 페닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비스페놀-A로부터 유도된 올리고머형 인산 에스테르 화합물(d1)은 10 내지 95중량%, 상기 레조시놀로부터 유도된 올리고머형 인산 에스테르 화합물(d2)은 5 내지 90중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소화올레핀계 수지(E)는 입자크기가 0.05∼1,000 ㎛ 이고, 비중이 1.2∼2.3 g/cm3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물은 유기인산 에스테르 화합물, 포스파젠 화합물, 시아뉴레이트 화합물, 금속염 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 난연제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물은 난연 보조제, 활제, 이형제, 핵제, 대전방지제, 안정제, 보강재, 무기물 첨가제, 안료 또는 염료 0∼60 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 난연성 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제1항의 수지 조성물을 혼합한 후에, 압출기 내에서 용융압출하고 펠렛형태로 제조하는 수지조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물에 의해 가공된 성형품.
