Claims (7)
- 화이버그라스를 열경화성수지에 함침한 뒤 맨드릴에 권선하여 성형하고, 이를 건조로에 넣어 건조로를 가열함으로써 중온 또는 고온에서 경화시키는 필라멘트 와인딩 성형공법에 있어서,상기 열경화성수지는 에폭시 또는 불포화폴리에스테르 중 하나를 선택하여 사용하고, 선택된 열경화성수지에 경화제를 혼합한 다음, 상기 화이버그라스를 경화제가 혼합된 열경화성수지에 함침하고 맨드릴에 권선하여 성형한 뒤, 맨드릴 온도를 섭씨 60-120도로 가열하고, 건조로 온도를 섭씨 10-70도로 하여 반응열을 제하면서 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 와인딩 성형공법.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제조 공정에 사용되는 경화제는 선택된 불포화폴리에스테르수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.5-3중량부로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 와인딩 성형공법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 열경화성수지로는 불포화폴리에스테르수지를 선택하고 경화제를 50 : 1의 중량비로 혼합교반하여 함침기로 옮겨 넣고, 여기에 화이버그라스를 상기 불화폴리에스테르수지와 1 : 1의 중량비로 함침하여 맨드릴 위에 성형한 다음, 맨드릴온도를 섭씨 100도로 가열하고, 건조로를 섭씨 80도로 가열하여 130분간 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 와인딩 성형공법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 열경화성수지로는 불포화폴리에스테르수지를 선택하고 경화제를 50 : 1의 중량비로 혼합교반하여 함침기로 옮겨 넣고, 여기에 화이버그라스를 상기 불화폴리에스테르수지와 1 : 1의 중량비로 함침하여 맨드릴 위에 성형한 다음, 맨드릴온도를 섭씨 110도로 가열하고, 건조로를 섭씨 70도로 가열하여 120분간 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 와인딩 성형공법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 열경화성수지로는 불포화폴리에스테르수지를 선택하고 경화제를 50 : 1의 중량비로 혼합교반하여 함침기로 옮겨 넣고, 여기에 화이버그라스를 상기 불화폴리에스테르수지와 1 : 1의 중량비로 함침하여 맨드릴 위에 성형한 다음, 맨드릴온도를 섭씨 120도로 가열하고, 건조로를 섭씨 60도로 가열하여 110분간 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 와인딩 성형공법.
