Claims (6)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 포스포늄보레이트 화합물.<화학식 1>(단, 식 중, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 방향족환 또는 복소환을 갖는 1가의 유기기 또는 1가의 지방족기로서, 그들 중 적어도 하나는 1분자 내에 1개 이상의 카르복실기를 갖는 방향족 카르복실산, 1분자 내에 산 무수물기와 카르복실기를 각각 적어도 1개 갖는 방향족 카르복실산, 1분자 내에 1개 이상의 히드록시기를 갖는 페놀 화합물, 1분자 내에 카르복실기와 페놀성 히드록시기를 각각 적어도 1개 갖는 방향족 화합물 및 1분자 내에 카르복실기를 적어도 1개 갖는 지방족 카르복실산의 군에서 선택되는 양성자 공여체의 양성자를 방출하는 유기기로서, 그들은 서로 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 포스포늄보레이트 화합물이 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 화합물.<화학식 4>(단, 식 중, n 및 m은 각각 1 내지 4의 정수이고, R7은 하기 화학식 5 내지 13에서 선택되는 기이다)<화학식 5><화학식 6><화학식 7><화학식 8><화학식 9><화학식 10><화학식 11><화학식 12><화학식 13>(상기 식 중, R8은 할로겐 원자, 알콕시기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R9는 수소 원자, 메틸기 또는 CF3기를 나타내고, R10은 수소 원자, 또는 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R16은 수소 원자, 메틸기 또 는 에틸기를 나타내고, R17은 수소 원자 또는 히드록시기를 나타내고, p는 10 내지 40의 정수, q는 1 내지 3의 정수이다)
- 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 포스포늄보레이트 화합물과 하기 화학식 15 내지 23에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 120 내지 250 ℃의 온도에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 화학식 1로 표시되는 포스포늄보레이트 화합물의 제조 방법.<화학식 2>[(R5)4P]+[(R5)4B]-(단, 상기 식 중, R5는 페닐기, 또는 페닐기의 1 내지 5개의 수소 원자가 탄소수 1 내지 4개의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 4개의 알콕시기 또는 할로겐 원자로 치환된 기이다.)<화학식 15><화학식 16><화학식 17><화학식 18><화학식 19><화학식 20><화학식 21><화학식 22><화학식 23>(단, 상기 식 중, R8, R9, R10, R16, R17, p 및 q는 상기와 동일한 의미를 나타낸다.)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한 포스포늄보레이트 화합물로 이루어지는 에폭시 수지 조성물용 경화 촉매.
- 제5항에 기재한 경화 촉매를 함유하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
