Claims (3)
- 스타터모터와, 상기 스타터모터에 구동되고, 엔진의 링기어에 대해 진퇴해서 맞물릴 수 있는 피니온과, 상기 스타터모터를 서로 다른 제1 및 제2의 속도로 구동하기 위한 주접점 및 보조접점을 가지고, 상기 피니온을 진퇴시키는 구동기구를 갖는 스타터스위치를 구비한 엔진 스타터로써 상기 스타터스위치가 스위치코일과, 상기 스위치코일에 의해 비작동위치 및 작동위치간을 이동하는 플런저어셈블리와, 상기 플런저어셈블리에 설치된 주가동접점 및 보조가동접점과, 상기 주가동접점 및 보조가동접점이 분리 및 접촉할 수 있는 주고정접점쌍 및 보조고정접점쌍과, 상기 플런저어셈블리와, 상기 피니온과의 사이에 설치되어 상기 피니온을 진퇴시키는 구동기구를 구비하고, 상기 플런저어셈블리가 상기 스위치코일에 의해 상기 비작동위치 및 작동위치간을 구동되는 가동자와, 상기 가동자의 이동방향에 이동가능하게 상기 가동자에 탄성적으로 지지되고, 상기 가동자에 대해 가변의 간극을 가지고, 상기 구동기구에 연결된 샤프트를 구비하고, 상기 플런저어셈블리가 상기 비작동위치에 있을 때 상기 주고정접점쌍과 상기 주가동접점과의 사이의 갭의 크기가 상기 피니온과 링기어와의 사이의 갭의 크기에 상기 가변의 간극이 최대로 개방된 간극의 크기를 가산한 크기보다도 작게 구성되고, 따라서 상기 플런저어셈블리의 상기 비작동위치로부터 상기 작동위치에의 이동에 따라 우선 상기 보조접점이 폐쇄해서 상기 스타터모터가 상기 제1 속도로 구동되고, 그후 상기 주접점이 폐쇄해서 상기 스타터모터가 상기 제2 속도로 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 스타터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동접점과, 상기 보조접점이 상기 플런저어셈블리에 독립적으로 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 스타터.
- 스타터모터와, 상기 스타터모터로 구동되고, 엔진의 링기어에 대해 진퇴해서 맞물림 되는 피니온과, 상기 스타터모터를 서로 다른 제1 및 제2의 속도로 구동하기 위한 주접점쌍 및 보조접점쌍, 상기 보조접점쌍에 접속된 저항체, 상기 주 및 보조접점쌍을 분리 및 접촉시키는 스위치코일 및 상기 피니온을 진퇴시키는 구동기구를 갖는 스타터스위치를 구비한 엔진 스타터에서, 상기 저항체가 상기 스위치코일에 단열층을 통해서 인접하며 상기 스위치코일의 외주에 간극을 두어 내주가 대향하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 스타터.
