Claims (5)
- 차량 내장재의 반경질 우레탄폼 조성물에 있어서,글리세린(Glycerin)을 출발물질로 하여 고온 고압의 반응조 내에서 EO/PO(Ethylene Oxide/Propylene Oxide) 부가 반응에 의해 얻어지는 에테르(Ether)계 폴리올(Polyol)로써 말단기의 수산기가 값(OH-Value)이 26~30이고 분자량이 5,000~7,000 정도이며, 빠른 반응의 진행과 경화가 가능하도록 폴리올 말단 구조내에 PO(Propylene Oxide) 대비 입체 장애 효과가 적은 EO(Ethylene Oxide) Capped 정도를 향상 하므로 써 상대 반응물인 NCO의 반응 접근을 용이하게 하여, 빠른 수지 화 반응 진행과 전체적인 경화 시간을 단축할 수 있게 합성된 메인 폴리올과,제품의 경도 유지 및 생산성과 밀접한 트리에탄올 아민을 배합한 가교제인 크로스 링커(cross linker)와,블로잉(blowing) 반응 향상과 우레탄폼의 물성 측면 대비 성형성 측면의 특성에 영향을 미치는 제 1촉매제와,겔(gel) 반응 향상과 우레탄폼의 물성 측면 대비 성형성 측면의 특성에 영향을 미치는 제 2촉매제와,폼 밀도에 영향을 미치는 화학적 발포제(blowing agent) 및아닐린(Aniline)과 포르말린(Formalin)의 축합반응에서 얻어진 중간물질을 포스겐(Phosgene)화하여 얻어지는 제품인 중합 MDI를 특정 폴리올과 미리 반응하여 제조된 프레폴리머(prepolymer 또는 변성 MDI)로 NOC 함량이 27중량%인 이소시안산염(Isocyanate)으로 조성된 것 을 특징으로 하는 차량 내장재의 반경질 우레탄폼 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메인폴리올은 전체 중량 대비 60~65중량%이며, 크로스 링커는 전체 중량 대비 0.9~1.4 중량%이고, 제 1촉매제는 전체 중량 대비 0.01~0.2중량%이며, 제 2촉매제는 전체 중량 대비 0.19~0.5중량%이며, 화학적 발포제는 전체 중량 대비 1.0~1.5중량%이고, 이소시안산염은 전체 중량 대비 37~30중량%의 조성비로 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 내장재의 반경질 우레탄폼 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메인 폴리올과 동일한 방법으로 제조된 말단기의 수산기가 값(OH-Value)이 33~37이며 분자량이 4000~5600 정도인 스틸렌아크로니트릴(SAN)을 물리적으로 균질하게 분산시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 내장재의 반경질 우레탄폼 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 스틸렌아크로니트릴은 전체 중량 대비 0.9~1.4중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 내장재의 반경질 우레탄폼 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기에서 제 1촉매제는 속성 경화를 위해 블로우(blow) 활성이 강한 아민 계열의 촉매이고, 제 2촉매제는 겔(gel) 및 경화(cure) 활성에 강한 반응형 아민계열 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 내장재의 반경질 우레탄폼 조성물.
