Claims (5)
- 대향하는 2쌍의 면을 갖는 4각의 통체로 이루어지며, 상기 4각통체의 능선부를 따라서 소정의 길이만큼 연재하는 슬릿(14)이 형성된 액츄에이터본체(16)와,상기 액츄에이터본체(16)의 단부에 연결되는 구동원과,상기 액츄에이터본체(16)에 의해 둘러싸인 공간부에 배설되며 상기 구동원의 구동력을 전달하는 구동력전달기구(22)와,상기 구동력전달기구(22)로부터 전달되는 구동력에 의해 상기 액츄에이터본체(16)의 슬릿(14)을 따라서 왕복으로 동작하는 슬라이더(24)를 구비하며,상기 액츄에이터본체(16)는 높이방향의 치수보다 수평방향의 치수가 크게 설정된 편평한 4각통체의 형상으로 형성되고,상기 액츄에이터본체(16)에는 지그(80)의 위치결정 플레이트(88)에 설치된 복수의 위치결정핀(42a∼42c)에 삽입되는 복수의 위치결정용 홀부(44a∼44c)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터본체(16)는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금 등의 금속제 재료를 압출성형하는 것에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동책츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동력전달기구(22)는 회전구동원(18)의 구동축(18a)에 연결되는 구동측 폴리(54a), 상기 구동측 폴리(54a)로부터 소정의 간격으로 격리되어 단부에 회전이 자유롭게 지지되는 종동측 폴리(54b), 및 상기 구동측 폴리(54a)와 종동측 폴리(54b)를 현가하는 타이밍벨트(52)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 구동측 폴리(54a)와 종동측 풀리(54b)사이의 간격을 조정함에 따라 타이밍벨트(52)의 장력을 조정하는 장력기구(64)를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터.
- 지그(80)의 위치결정 플레이트(88)에 설치된 복수의 위치결정핀(42a∼42c)을 액츄에이터본체(16)의 위치결정용 홀부(44a∼44c)에 삽입하는 단계,상기 액츄에이터본체(16)의 단부에 형성된 개구부(16)로부터 축선방향을 따라 형성된 상기 액츄에이터본체(16)의 공간부(20)내에 선형 가이드레일(38)을 삽입하는 단계,상기 위치결정 플레이트(88)와 액츄에이터본체(16)를 일체로 슬라이드 시켜서 지그(80)에 설치된 위치결정용 축(46)을 액츄에이터본체(16)에 형성된 위치결정축삽입용 홀부(48)에 삽입시키는 단계, 및상기 선형가이드레일(38)의 제1측면(98)이 위치결정축삽입용 홀부(44a∼44c)를 관통하여 돌출하는 위치결정핀(42a∼42c)에 맞닿으며, 상기 제1측면(98)과 반대측의 제2측면(100)이 위치결정용 축(46)의 단부에 맞닿아서 위치가 결정됨에 따라 액츄에이터본체(16)의 축과 선형가이드레일(38)의 축을 일치시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동액츄에이터의 조립방법.
