Claims (2)
- 중량%로서 실리콘(Si) 13.5∼15.5%, 탄소(C) 0.7∼1.1%, 망간(Mn) 1.4~2.2%를 함유하고, 크롬(Cr) 1∼5%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 1∼5% 중에서 1종 또는 2종 원소를 함유하면서 나머지는 불가피한 불순물과 철(Fe)로 이루어지는 내산성이 우수한 고규소주철.
- 중량%로서 실리콘(Si) 13.5∼15.5%, 탄소(C) 0.7∼1.1%, 망간(Mn) 1.4~2.2%를 함유하고, 크롬(Cr) 1∼5%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 1∼5% 중에서 1종 또는 2종 원소를 함유하면서 나머지는 불가피한 불순물과 철(Fe)로 이루어지는 조성물을 용해한 용탕을 1650℃ 이상으로 가열하는 단계와;상기 1650℃ 이상으로 가열된 용탕을 용탕중량의 0.1∼0.4%의 미쉬메탈(Mischmetal)이 첨가된 래이들에 출탕하는 단계와;상기 미쉬메탈이 첨가된 용탕의 온도를 주조가능한 최저온도인 1270∼1350℃로 제어하는 단계와;상기 1270∼1350℃로 제어된 용탕을 주형에 주입하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고규소주철의 제조방법.
