Claims (8)
- 전동기(70)에 공급되는 전원을 단속하기 위해 직렬 접속된 배선용 차단기(61) 및 개폐기의 기계식 접접부(69)와; 후술할 제어부(65)에 의해 구동되어 상기 기계식 접접부(69)의 접점을 단락시키는 구동코일(SM)과; 상기 배선용 차단기(61)에서 기계식 접접부(69)측으로 공급되는 상 전류를 검출하기 위한 변류기부(63)와; 상기 변류기부(63)를 통해 검출된 신호를 근거로 하여 상기 입력 전원의 전류/전압을 측정하는 전류/전압 측정부(64)와; 사용자의 기동모드 선택 스위치 조작에 의해 직입 기동 모드 또는 소프트 스타팅 모드가 선택될 때, 외부로부터 입력되는 런/스톱 제어신호의 레벨 변화와 상기 전류/전압 측정부(64)의 출력신호를 근거로 하여, 상기 구동코일(SM)과 후술할 반도체 스위치부(66)를 직입 기동방식으로 또는 소프트 스타트 기동 방식으로 구동시켜 기계식 접점부(69)에서의 아크 발생을 억제하는 제어부(65)와; 상기 기계식 접접부(69)에 병렬 접속되어 그 기계식 접접부(69)가 개폐되는 시점 부근에서 상기 제어부(65)의 제어에 의해 단락되는 반도체 스위치부(66)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 하이브리드 개폐기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입력전원은 단상 및 다상을 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 다기능 하이브리드 개폐기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어부(65)는 상기 구동코일(SM) 및 반도체 스위치부(66)를 직입 기동방식으로 구동시킴에 있어서, 전동기(70)의 런/스톱 제어신호()의 액티브 구간에 상응되게 구동코일(SM)에 구동전압을 출력하고, 상기 전압/전류부(64)의 출력신호를 근거로 상기 전동기(70)의 돌입전류를 검출하여, 반도체 스위치부(66)에 충분히 긴 형태의 트리거신호를 출력하여 아크 발생을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 하이브리드 개폐기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어부(65)는 기계식 접접부(69)가 단락되기 전에 반도체 스위치부(66)를 먼저 턴온시킨 후 그 접점부(69)를 단락시켜 채터링으로 인한 아크 발생이 억제 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 하이브리드 개폐기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제4항에 있어서, 반도체 스위치부(66)의 도통 구간은 60Hz의 2∼3 주기에 해당되는 구간임을 특징으로 하는 다기능 하이브리드 개폐기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어부(65)는 상기 구동코일(SM) 및 반도체 스위치부(66)를 소프트 스타트 기동방식으로 구동시킴에 있어서, 전동기(70)의 런/스톱 제어신호()가 "로우"에서 "하이"로 전이되는 것을 확인한 후, 반도체 스위치부(66)에 인가하는 점호각을 선간 전압 위상각 180°부근에서 시작하여 0°근처로 서서히 이동시키는 형태로 위상각을 제어하여, 전동기(70)에 공급되는 전압의 레벨이 점진적으로 상승되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 하이브리드 개폐기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어부(65)는 상기 구동코일(SM) 및 반도체 스위치부(66)를 소프트 스타트 기동방식으로 구동시킴에 있어서, 설정된 기동시간()이 경과되면 기계식 접점부(69)를 단락시키기 전에 반도체 스위치부(66)에 소정 구간(TC)에 걸쳐 트리거신호()를 공급하여, 기계식 접점부(69)에서의 아크 발생이 억제되고, 그 접점부(69)가 단락된 후 반도체 스위치부(66)에 전류가 흐르지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 하이브리드 개폐기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반도체 스위치부(66)는 트라이악으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 하이브리드 개폐기.
