Claims (7)
- 엔진에서 유입되는 냉각수를 외부공기와 열교환시켜 냉각하는 고온부 방열기와 상기 고온부 방열기에서 냉각되어 배출되는 냉각수의 일부를 워터 펌프로부터 유입하여 외부 공기와 재열교환시킨 다음 재배출하는 저온부 방열기가 일체화되어 이루어진 방열기와;상기 저온부 방열기로부터 냉각수를 유입하여 엔진 연소실에 공급되는 과급공기와 열교환시켜 그 과급공기를 냉각하는 챠지 에어 쿨러와;상기 챠지 에어 쿨러에서 배출되는 냉각수를 유입하여 그 냉각수를 오일순환회로를 따라 순환하는 오일과 열교환시키는 오일 쿨러와;상기 고온부 방열기와 상기 오일 쿨러로부터 배출되는 냉각수를 펌핑하여 엔진의 워터 재킷으로 강제 송출하는 워터 펌프와; 그리고,엔진에서 배출된 냉각수를 기준온도 이상일 경우에 상기 고온부 방열기로 유도하고 기준온도 이하인 경우에는 상기 워터 펌프로 바이패스시키는 서모스탯;을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고/저온 수냉식 냉각시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방열기는,소정의 거리를 두고 나란히 배치되는 입구부 탱크와 출구부 탱크, 그리고, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크를 연결하여 냉각수를 유동시키고 그 냉각수를 외부 공기와 열교환하여 냉각하는 방열코어로 이루어지되, 상기 입구부 탱크의 내부가 격벽에 의해 두 개의 공간으로 분할되어 그 각 공간에 엔진의 냉각수 배출측에 연결되는 유입구와 상기 챠지 에어 쿨러의 유입측에 연결되는 제 2 배출구가 설치되고 상기 출구부 탱크에 상기 유입구측에 편재되어 상기 워터 펌프에 연결되는 제 1 배출구가 설치됨으로써, 상기 유입구를 통해 엔진에서 배출된 냉각수를 유입하여 방열코어를 거치면서 1 차 냉각한 다음 그 일부를 상기 출구부 탱크의 제 1 배출구를 통해 워터 펌프 측으로 배출하는 고온부 방열기와, 상기 1 차 냉각된 냉각수의 잔여분을 방열코어로 재유도하여 2 차 냉각한 다음 상기 제 2 배출구를 통해 상기 챠지 에어 쿨러로 배출하는 저온부 방열기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고/저온 수냉식 냉각시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방열기는,소정의 거리를 두고 나란히 배치되는 입구부 탱크와 출구부 탱크, 그리고, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크를 연결하여 냉각수를 유동시키고 그 냉각수를 외부 공기와 열교환하여 냉각하는 방열코어로 이루어지되, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어가 동일면을 기준으로 각각 좌우방향으로 분할되어, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어의 각 일측으로써 상기 엔진에서 배출된 냉각수를 1 차 냉각하는 워터 펌프측으로 배출하는 고온부 방열기를 이루고, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어의 각 타측으로써 상기 워터 펌프에서 배출된 냉각수를 2 차 냉각하여 챠지 에어 쿨러측으로 배출하는 저온부 방열기를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 고/저온 수냉식 냉각시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방열기는,소정의 거리를 두고 나란히 배치되는 입구부 탱크와 출구부 탱크, 그리고, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크를 연결하여 냉각수를 유동시키고 그 냉각수를 외부 공기와 열교환하여 냉각하는 방열코어로 이루어지되, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어가 동일면을 기준으로 각각 전후방향으로 배열되는 전,후반부로 분할되어, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어의 각 후반부로써 상기 엔진에서 배출된 냉각수를 1 차 냉각하는 워터 펌프측으로 배출하는 고온부 방열기를 이루고, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어의 각 전반부로써 상기 워터 펌프에서 배출된 냉각수를 2 차 냉각하여 챠지 에어 쿨러측으로 배출하는 저온부 방열기를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 고/저온 수냉식 냉각시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방열기는,소정의 거리를 두고 나란히 배치되는 입구부 탱크와 출구부 탱크, 그리고,상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크를 연결하여 냉각수를 유동시키고 그 냉각수를 외부 공기와 열교환하여 냉각하는 방열코어로 이루어지되, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어가 동일면을 기준으로 각각 전후방향으로 배열되는 전방부, 중간부, 후방부로 분할되어, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어의 각 전방부로써 상기 엔진에서 배출된 냉각수를 1 차 냉각하는 워터 펌프측으로 배출하는 고온부 방열기를 이루고, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어의 각 중간부와 후방부로써 상기 워터 펌프에서 배출된 냉각수를 2 차 냉각하여 챠지 에어 쿨러측으로 배출하는 저온부 방열기를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 고/저온 수냉식 냉각시스템.
- 엔진에서 유입되는 냉각수를 외부공기와 열교환시켜 냉각하는 고온부 방열기와, 상기 고온부 방열기와 별도의 냉각수 라인을 구성하여 오일 쿨러에서 배출되는 냉각수를 유입하여 외부 공기와 열교환시켜 냉각하는 저온부 방열기가 일체화되어 이루어진 방열기와;상기 고온부 방열기에서 배출되는 냉각수를 엔진측으로 펌핑하여 강제순환시키는 제 1 워터 펌프와;엔진에서 배출된 냉각수를 기준온도 이상일 경우에 상기 고온부 방열기로 유도하고 기준온도 이하인 경우 상기 제 1 워터 펌프로 바이패스시키는 서모스탯과;상기 저온부 방열기에서 배출되는 냉각수를 유입하여 엔진 연소실에 공급되는 과급공기와 열교환시켜 그 과급공기를 냉각하는 챠지 에어 쿨러와;상기 챠지 에어 쿨러에서 배출되는 냉각수를 유입하여 그 냉각수를 오일순환회로를 따라 순환하는 오일과 열교환시키는 오일 쿨러와; 그리고,상기 오일 쿨러에서 배출되는 냉각수를 펌핑하여 상기 저온부 방열기측으로 강제 순환시키는 제 2 워터 펌프를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고/저온 수냉식 냉각시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 방열기는,소정의 거리를 두고 나란히 배치되는 입구부 탱크와 출구부 탱크, 그리고, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크를 연결하여 냉각수를 유동시키고 그 냉각수를 외부 공기와 열교환하여 냉각하는 방열코어로 이루어지되, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어가 동일면을 기준으로 각각 전후방향으로 배열되는 전방부, 중간부, 후방부로 분할되어, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어의 각 전방부로써 상기 엔진에서 배출된 냉각수를 1 차 냉각하는 제 1 워터 펌프측으로 배출하는 고온부 방열기를 이루고, 상기 입구부 탱크와 상기 출구부 탱크 그리고 상기 방열코어의 각 중간부와 후방부로써 상기 제 2 워터 펌프에서 배출된 냉각수를 냉각하여 챠지 에어 쿨러측으로 배출하는 저온부 방열기를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 고/저온 수냉식 냉각시스템.
