Claims (4)
- 물과 알코올의 부피비가 1 : 2 ∼ 7인 혼합용액에 갈륨화합물 및 우레아 침전제를 첨가한 후 가수분해시켜 갈륨성분의 침전물을 얻은 과정;상기 갈륨성분의 침전물을 아연성분과 망간성분이 함유된 혼합수용액(아연성분의 농도가 0.1 ∼ 3 mol/L)에 분산시키는 과정;상기 분산용액에 옥살산 용액을 첨가하고 염기 용액으로 pH를 6 ∼ 9로 조절하여 아연과 망간을 침전시켜 혼합침전물을 얻는 과정; 그리고상기 혼합 침전물을 여과 및 건조한 후, 공기 중에서 500 ∼ 1,200 ℃로 소성하고 다시 H2/N2혼합 기체를 사용하여 약한 환원분위기 중에서 500 ∼ 1,200 ℃로 열처리하여 구상의 형광체 분말을 제조하는 과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 나노사이즈의 구상 갈륨산아연계(ZnGa2O4: Mn) 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알코올로는 에틸알코올, 1-프로필알코올 및 이소프로필알코올 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 구상의 갈륨산아연계(ZnGa2O4: Mn) 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 갈륨화합물은 물과 알코올의 혼합용액에 대하여 0.01 ∼ 0.1 mol/L의 농도로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구상의 갈륨산아연계(ZnGa2O4: Mn) 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 우레아 침전제는 갈륨화합물에 대하여 몰비가 5 ∼ 50인 것을 특징으로 하는 구상의 갈륨산아연계(ZnGa2O4: Mn) 형광체의 제조방법.
