Claims (12)
- 전처리 여과부 필터, 주 여과부 필터, 후처리 여과부 필터 및 정수 저장조를 주요부로 하는 통상의 가정용 정수기에 있어서, 상기 후처리 여과부 필터를 통과하여 최종 정수된 물을 정수 저장조 없이 정수 취수밸브(10)를 통하여 곧바로 취수가 가능토록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주 여과부 필터가 역삼투막 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주 여과부 필터가 나노여과 분리막 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전처리 여과부 필터는 침전필터(6)와, 전처리 카본필터(6)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 4항 항에 있어서, 상기 전처리 여과부 필터인 침전필터(4)와, 전처리 카본필터(6)의 사이에 가압펌프(5)를 장착하여 강제 급수가 이루어 질 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 가압펌프(5)에 의한 압력 조건이 10psi 이상 125psi 이하의 압력 조건에서 구동됨을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 가압펌프(5)에 공급되는 원수 유입 수량이 분당 0.3∼12ℓ의 공급 조건에서 구동됨을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 전처리 여과부 필터인 전처리 여과필터(4)와, 전처리 카본필터(6)의 사이에 가압펌프(5) 없이 수도수 자체 압에 의하여 급수가 이루어 질 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주 여과부 필터와 후처리 여과부 필터 사이의 정수 배관(12) 상에 역류 방지밸브(8)를 장착하여 이송 수의 역류가 방지될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주 여과부 필터인 역삼투막 필터(7)의 일측으로 분기 시킨 농축수 배관(13) 상에 유량 제어밸브(11)를 장착하여 여과 과정에서의 농축수를 배출 시킬 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 역삼투막 필터는 유효막 면적이 10∼40ft2, 모듈의 외경 지름이 1.8∼4 inch, 모듈의 길이가 10∼16 inch 범위에 있는 나권형 모듈로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 역삼투막 필터는 유효막 면적이 20∼50 ft2, 모듈의 외경 지름이 1.8∼4 inch, 모듈의 길이가 10∼16 inch 범위에 있는 중공사형 모듈로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 직수형 역삼투 가정용 정수기.
