Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- 소결조제로 이트리아(Y2O3):5.0∼6.0 중량, 알루미나(Al2O3):1.0∼2.0 중량가 첨가된 질화규소 분말에 탄소(C)분말:0.2∼0.9 중량를 혼합하여 성형체를 제조하는 단계와;상기 성형체를 1400∼1500℃의 온도에서 탄소환원 처리하는 단계와;상기 탄소환원 처리된 성형체를 1850℃ 이상의 온도에서 가스압 소결하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 인성이 우수한 질화규소 세라믹 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소환원 처리된 성형체는 총 산소량이 2.5∼3.8 중량%, 잔류 탄소량이 0.10∼0.14 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 인성이 우수한 질화규소 세라믹 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소환원 처리된 성형체는 산질화물(Oxynitride) 결정상을 제 2상으로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 인성이 우수한 질화규소 세라믹 제조방법.
