Claims (6)
- 하우징내에 용적을 변화시키는 것에 의해서 압축성 유체를 압축하기 위한 압축실을 구획하는 동시에, 상기 하우징내의 압력을 제어하기 위한 제어 밸브를 설치하고, 상기 제어 밸브를 그 일부가 하우징에 대해서 아래쪽으로 돌출하도록 장착한 압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기를 평면상에 설치한 상태에서 상기 제어 밸브의 하단이 설치 평면에 접촉하는 것을 방지하는 접촉 방지 수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 방지 수단은, 하우징의 하면에 설치된 복수의 돌출부로 이루어지며, 상기 돌출부중 하나 이상이 압축기를 사용 장소에 고정할 때의 고정부를 겸하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 방지 수단은, 하우징의 하면에 설치된 복수의 돌출부로 이루어지며, 상기 돌출부중 하나 이상이 상기 제어 밸브의 하단과 설치 평면의 접촉을 방지하기 위한 전용 부재를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부를 하우징과 일체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- (2회정정) 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징내에 제어압실 및 크랭크실을 형성하며, 상기 크랭크실을 가로지르도록 구동 샤프트를 회전가능하게 지지하고, 상기 크랭크실내에서 구동 샤프트에는 회전 지지체를 일체로 회전가능하게 고정부착하며, 상기 회전 지지체에는 힌지 기구를 거쳐서 캠 플레이트를 경사이동 가능하게 연결하고, 상기 제어압실내의 압력을 상기 제어 밸브의 개방도 제어에 의해 배출 용량을 연속적으로 변경할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징을 실린더 블록과, 이 실린더 블록의 전단면에 접합되는 전방 하우징과, 상기 실린더 블록의 후단면에 접합되는 후방 하우징으로 구성하며, 상기 돌출부중 하나 이상을 상기 전방 하우징에 배치하고, 나머지 돌출부중 하나 이상을 상기 후방 하우징에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
