The inner part of the operating cylinder is divided into a left and right pressure chamber(24,25) by the flow check piston. Hydraulic lines(26,27) communicating with control valve is installed each in the left and right pressure chambers. A stopper supported with a spring(29) is installed to the inside of the operating cylinder when the flow check piston is pressurized and pushed by the hydraulic oil to be flowed into the left and right pressure chambers during perfect steering. The hydraulic oil is directly drained into the opposite pressure chamber and pressure given the piston is reduced.
