Abstract

본 발명은 팬티 본체와 이것에 착탈 가능한 체액 흡수성 패드로 구성된 일회용 착용물품에 있어서, 패드의 장착 및 교환을 용이하게 하고자 하는 것이다. 본 발명의 해결 수단의 한 예로서 팬티 본체(2) 및 그것에 착탈 가능한 흡수성 패드(3)로 구성된 체액 흡수성 일회용 팬티(1)에 있어서, 본체(2)의 신축성 몸통 둘레 가장자리 내측에서 가랑이 영역 방향으로 유연한 적지편(吊持片)(35)이 늘어져 있고, 이 적지편(35)에 패드(3)의 전단부(18) 및 후단부(19)의 고정영역(36B)이 착탈 가능한 고강성 고정 영역(36A)이 형성되어 있다.

Description

일회용 팬티형 체액 흡수성 착용 물품
본 발명은 일회용 기저귀, 용변 연습용 팬티, 실금용 기저귀 등의 팬티형 체액 흡수성 착용 물품에 관한 것이다.
미국 특허 제 4,597,760호 공보에는, 오버 가먼트와 그 가먼트에 착탈 가능한 체액 흡수성 인서트로 이루어지는 체액 흡수성 가먼트가 개시되어 있다. 이 체액 흡수성 가먼트는 일회용 기저귀나 재이용 가능한 기저귀 등으로서 사용된다. 그 인서트는 투액성 표면 시이트와 불투액성 이면 시이트 흡수성 코어로 구성되고, 인서트의 네 구석의 하면에는 점착 영역이 형성되어 있으며, 오버 가먼트 상면의 소요 부위에 박리 가능하게 고정할 수 있다.
체액 흡수성 착용 물품은 몸통 둘레 가장자리를 신축성있게 하여 그 착용을 간편하게 하는 경우가 있다. 그 때문에, 몸통 둘레 개구부와 좌우 한쌍의 다리 둘레 개구부를 가지는 팬티형 착용 물품으로 몸통 둘레 가장자리를 신축성있게 하면, 그 가장자리에는 둘레 방향에 병렬하는 다수의 주름이 생긴다. 이러한 착용 물품에 상기 공지 기술을 응용하여, 오버 가먼트인 팬티의 몸통 둘레 개구부 부근에 인서트에 상당하는 흡수성 패드를 착탈 가능하게 고정하고자 하면, 몸통 둘레 가장자리의 주름이 거추장스러워지며, 팬티와 패드가 필요로 하는 충분한 면적으로 접촉할 수 없는 경우가 있다. 그러한 경우, 패드는 그 고정 면적이 부족하여 충분한 고정력을 수득할 수 없으며, 팬티로부터 부주의하여 빠질 수 있다. 또한, 팬티에는 패드를 고정할만한 부위에 주름이 있으면, 그 주름과 혼동되어 해당 부위를 찾아내기 어려운 경우도 있다.
그래서, 본 발명에서는 몸통 둘레 가장자리가 신축성을 갖는 팬티에 있어서, 팬티에 대하여 흡수성 패드가 빠지는 일이 없도록, 또한 용이하고 간단하게 고정시킬 수 있도록 하는 것을 과제로 하고 있다.
상기 과제를 해결하기 위해서, 본 발명은 앞쪽 영역과 뒤쪽 영역 사이에 가랑이 영역이 개재되어, 좌우 한 쌍의 다리 둘레 개구부와 둘레 방향으로 신축성을 갖는 몸통 둘레 개구부가 구비된 팬티, 상기 팬티 내측에 착탈 가능하게 장착되고, 상기 가랑이 영역을 중심으로 앞쪽 영역 및 뒤쪽 영역의 길이 방향으로 연장되어 있는 체액 흡수성 패드로 구성된 일회용 팬티형 체액 흡수성 착용 물품을 전제로 하고 있다.
이러한 전제에 있어서, 팬티에는 앞쪽 영역 및 뒤쪽 영역 각각의 둘레 방향 중앙부 내측에 몸통 둘레 가장자리로부터 상기 가랑이 영역쪽으로 늘어져 있는 적지편이 구비되어 있으며, 상기 적지편의 소요 부위에는 상기 적지편보다도 고 강성인 제 1 고정영역이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 패드는 상면 시이트, 하면 시이트 및 상기 상면 시이트와 하면 시이트 사이에 개재되어 있는 흡수성 패널로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 패널의 전단부 및 후단부에서 연장되는 상기 상면 시이트 및 하면 시이트 중 어느 하나에는 상기 시이트보다도 고 강성이며, 상기 제 1 고정 영역에 착탈 가능한 제 2 고정 영역이 형성되어 있는 것이 본 발명의 특징이다.

첨부의 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 관한 일회용 팬티형 체액 흡수성 착용 물품의 상세를 설명하면 하기와 같다.
제1도에 부분 파단 사시도로 나타낸 실금용 팬티(1)는 일회용 팬티형 체액 흡수성 착용 물품의 한 예이다. 팬티(1)는 팬티 본체(2), 본체(2)에 착탈 가능한 흡수성 패드(3)로 구성되어 있다. 본체(2)는 앞쪽 영역(앞길)(6), 뒤쪽 영역(뒷길)(7), 상기 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7) 사이에 개재되어 있는 가랑이 영역(8)으로 이루어지며, 상기 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)은 이의 측가장자리 내측끼리가 당접하여 상하 방향으로 간헐적으로 연장되어 있는 용착 띠 영역(11)에서 접합됨으로써 몸통 둘레 개구부(9)와 좌우 한쌍의 다리 둘레 개구부(10)를 형성하고 있다. 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)에 있어서, 몸통 둘레 개구부(9)의 가장자리(16)에는 이의 둘레 방향으로 여러 줄의 몸통 둘레 제 1 탄성 부재(13)가 신장 상태로 장치되고 있으며, 상하 방향의 중간부(17)에는 여러 줄의 몸통 둘레 제 2 탄성 부재(14)가 신장상태로 장착되어 있다. 가랑이 영역(8)은 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7) 방향으로 신축성을 갖는 시이트 부재(15)가 구비되어 있으며, 상기 부재(15)의 전단부(8A) 및 후단부(8B)가 다리 둘레 개구부(10)의 상단부(10A) 바로 위쪽에서 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)의 하단 부분(6B,7B)(도 2참조)에 접합되어 있다. 팬티 본체(2)의 내측에는 가랑이 영역(8)을 중심으로 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7) 방향에 연장되어 있는 흡수성 패드(3)가 있고, 패드(3)의 전단부(18) 및 후단부(19)가 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7) 각각의 고정부재(20A, 20B)에 착탈 가능하게 장착되어 있다.
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선 단면도이다. 팬티 본체(2)에 있어서, 상기 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)은 부직포로 제조된 내면시이트(25), 외면 시이트(26), 상기 내면시이트(25) 및 외면 시이트(26) 사이에 개재되어 있는 통기 투습성 플라스틱 필름(27)으로 구성되며, 내면시이트(25) 및 외면 시이트(26)가 필름(27)에 간헐적으로 접합되어 있다. 내면시이트(25) 및 필름(27) 사이에는 이의 내면 중 적어도 한쪽에 접합되어 있는 제 1 탄성 부재(13) 및 제 2 탄성 부재(14)가 있다. 가랑이 영역(8)의 시이트 부재(15)는 부직포로 제조된 내면시이트(30), 외면 시이트(31), 상기 내면시이트(30) 및 외면 시이트(31)사이에 개재되어, 적어도 전후 방향으로 신축성을 갖는 통기 투습성 플라스틱 필름(32)으로 구성되어 있으며, 내면시이트(30) 및 외면 시이트(31)와 필름(32)과는 서로 간헐적으로 접합되어 있다. 팬티 본체(2)에서는 필름(27)이 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)에 소정 인장 강도를 부여하고, 필름(32)이 가랑이 영역(8)에 소정 인장 강도 및 신축성이 부여되어 있다.
고정부재(20A, 20B)는 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)의 둘레 방향 중앙부에 있으며, 유연하고 촉감이 좋은 부직포나 플라스틱 필름, 폴리우레탄 발포물 등의 쿠션성을 갖는 스폰지 재질 등으로 형성된 적지편(35), 적지편(35)이 몸통 둘레 가장자리로부터 늘어져서, 팬티 본체(2)의 내면과 대향하는 부위에 상품명에 매직 테이프나 베루크러로 알려진 암수 한쌍의 면 파스너(36)의 한쪽 부재(36A)가 박리 불가능하게 접합되어 형성된 본체측 고정 영역(39)으로 구성되어 있다. 적지편(35)은 상단부(35A)가 몸통 둘레 가장자리(16)의 내면에 핫멜트 접착제(37)를 통해 박리 불가능하게 접합되어, 하단부(35B)가 가랑이 영역(8)을 향해 늘어져 있다. 하단부(35B)가 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)의 내면과 대향하는 면에 면 파스너 부재(36A)가 있다. 다만, 이 접합 수단은 도시되어 있지 않다.
패드(3)는 분쇄 펄프와 고 흡수성 중합체 분말과의 혼합물의 압착 부형품(40)을 티슈 페이퍼(41)로 피복시켜 구성된 흡수성 패널(42), 패널(42)의 상하면 각각을 피복하는 상면 시이트(43) 및 하면 시이트(44)로 구성되어 있다. 상면 시이트(43) 및 하면 시이트(44)는 패널(42)의 가장자리로부터 연장되는 부분에서 겹쳐져서 박리 불가능하게 접합되어 있다. 상면 시이트(43) 및 하면 시이트(44)가 패널(42)의 전후단 가장자리로부터 연장되어 있는 부분은 길게 연장되어 패드(3)의 전단부(18) 및 후단부(19)를 형성하며, 팬티 본체(2)의 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)과 고정부재(20A, 20B)와의 사이에 개재되어 있다. 전단부(18) 및 후단부(19)가 고정부재(20A, 20B)와 마주보는 면에서는 면 파스너(36)의 한쪽 부재(36A)에 대응하는 다른 쪽 부재(36B)가 도시하지 않은 접합 수단에 의해 박리 불가능하게 접합되어 고정 영역(51)이 형성되고, 상기 양 부재(36A,36B)가 착탈 가능하게 접합되어 있다. 패드(3)의 상면 시이트(43)에는 투액성 부직포나 플라스틱 필름을 사용한다. 하면 시이트(44)에는 불투액성의 플라스틱 필름을 사용하는 것이 바람직하지만, 매우 얇은 플라스틱 필름의 외면에 부직포를 접합시켜 필름의 강도와 촉감을 향상시킨 것을 사용하거나, 패널(42)의 보수 능력이 높아지면 투액성 부직포를 사용할 수 있다.
제3도는 제1도의 팬티(1)를 용착 띠 영역(11)에서 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)으로 분리하고, 화살표(P, Q)로 표시된 전후 방향으로 신장시킬 때의 부분 파단 평면도이다. 상기 팬티(1)는 좌우 방향으로도 신장되며, 제1도에서 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)이나 가랑이 영역(8)에 나타난 주름이 소실되어 있다. 제3도에 있어서, 고정부재(20A, 20B)에는, 이의 좌우 양측부에 면 파스너(36)의 한쪽 부재(36A)가 있으며, 이에 대응하여 패드(3)의 전단부(18) 및 후단부(19)의 좌우 양측부에 다른 쪽 부재(36B)가 있다. 패드(3)의 좌우 양측 가장자리에는 전후 방향으로 연장되어 있는 탄성 부재(50)가 있다. 부재(50)는 상면 시이트(43) 및 하면 시이트(44) 사이에 있으며, 적어도 한쪽 시이트의 내면에 신장 상태로 접합되어 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 팬티(1)에 있어서, 고정부재(20A, 20B)의 적지편(35)이나 패드(3)의 상면 시이트(43) 및 하면 시이트(44)에는 촉감이 좋고 앞쪽 영역(6) 및 뒤쪽 영역(7)의 주위 방향으로의 신축성을 방해하는 일이 없도록 유연한 소재를 사용하고, 또한, 적지편(35)의 본체(2)에 대한 접합이나 상면 시이트(43) 및 하면 시이트(44)끼리의 접합에는 그들 소재의 유연성을 손상시키지 않도록 연질 접착제를 사용하거나 접합 부위를 간헐적으로 배치하는 것이 바람직하다. 필요할 경우, 패드(3)의 전단부(18) 및 후단부(19)를 상면 시이트(43) 및 하면 시이트(44) 한쪽만으로 구성하여 단부(18,19)의 유연성을 향상시킬 수도 있다. 유연성의 기준으로서, 적지편(35)의 하단부(35B)나 패드 전단부(18) 및 후단부(19)는 JISP 8143에 의해 측정된 강성이 150㎜ 이하인 것이 바람직하다. 적지편 하단부(35B)나 전단부(18) 및 후단부(19)의 고정 영역(39,51)은 면 파스너 부재(36A,36B)의 존재에 의해 이의 주변 부위보다도 강성이 높고, 하단부(35B)나 전단부(18) 및 후단부(19)에 손을 대면, 강성에 의해 그들의 소재를 간단히 식별할 수 있다. 고정 영역(39,51)이 강성이 부족하면, 파스너 부재(36A,36B)를 적지편(35)이나 상면 시이트(43) 및 하면 시이트(44)에 접합시킬 때 접착제의 강성에 의해 그 부족을 보충할 수 있다.
고정부재(20A, 20B)로 형성된 고정영역(39) 및 패드(3)로 형성된 고정 영역(51)에는 암수 한쌍의 면 파스너 부재(36A,36B) 대신에 점착제를 사용할 수 있다. 예컨대, 제3도에서 면 파스너 부재(36A,36B)가 접합되어 있는 한 쪽 부위에는 그 부재를 대신하여 점착제를 도포하여 점착성 고정 영역을 형성하고, 다른 쪽 부위에는 비교적 두꺼운 플라스틱 필름을 접합하여 점착성 고정 영역이 착탈 가능한 고정 영역으로 할 수 있다. 또한, 이들 점착제와 플라스틱 필름 대신에 자착성 점착제를 쌍방의 고정 영역(39,51)에 도포하여, 자착성 점착제끼리를 박리가능하게 접합시킬 수 있다. 이들 점착제의 도포나 플라스틱 필름의 접합만으로서는 고정 영역(39,51)의 강성이 부족하면, 해당 고정 영역에 부직포나 플라스틱 필름을 보충적으로 적층시킬 수 있다.
본 발명에 관한 일회용 팬티형 체액 흡수성 착용 물품에 있어서, 팬티 본체의 적지편이 유연하기 때문에 몸통 둘레 가장자리에 접합되는 적지편의 상단부에서 주름의 밀도가 높아도 이의 하단부에서는 밀도가 성기게 되어, 적지편과 패드가 주름에 방해되지 않고 넓은 면적으로 서로 확실히 고정된다. 또한, 적지편과 패드는 각각의 고정 영역이 이의 주변 영역보다도 고 강성이기 때문에 이의 고정 영역의 소재 식별이 용이하고, 패드의 장착이나 교환에 시간이 걸리지 않는다.
적지편에 있어서의 고정 영역은 팬티 본체 내면과 대향하는 적지편의 내면에 위치하고, 또한, 적지편이 쿠션성을 갖는 동시에, 고정 영역이 고 강성임에도 불구하고, 착용자에게는 위화감이나 불쾌한 자극을 줄 우려가 없다.

  1. 앞쪽 영역 및 뒤쪽 영역사이에 가랑이 영역이 개재되어 있고, 좌우 한쌍의 다리 둘레개구부와 둘레 방향으로 신축성 몸통 둘레 개구부가 구비된 팬티, 상기 팬티 내측에 착탈 가능하게 장착되어 상기 가랑이 영역을 중심으로 앞쪽 영역 및 뒤쪽 영역의 길이 방향으로 연장되어 있는 체액 흡수성 패드로 구성된 일회용 팬티형 체액 흡수성 착용 물품에 있어서, 상기 팬티에는 상기 앞쪽 영역 및 뒤쪽 영역 각각의 둘레 방향 중앙부의 내측에 몸통 둘레 가장자리로부터 상기 가랑이 영역쪽으로 늘어져 있는 유연성 적지편이 구비되어 있으며, 적지편의 소요 부위에는 적지편보다도 고 강성인 제 1 고정 영역이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 패드는 상면 시이트, 하면 시이트, 상기 상면 시이트와 하면 시이트 사이에 개재되어 있는 흡수성 패널로 구성되며, 패널의 전단부 및 후단부에서 연장되어 있는 상기 상면 시이트 및 하면 시이트 중 어느 하나에는 해당 시이트보다도 고 강성이어서 상기 제 1 고정 영역에서 착탈 가능한 제 2 고정 영역이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 팬티형 체액 흡수성 착용 물품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물품의 몸통 둘레 가장자리에는 이의 둘레 방향으로 탄성 부재가 신장 상태로 장착되어 있고, 착용 전의 상기 물품에 있어서 상기 가장자리와 이에 고정된 적지편의 기간부에 상기 둘레 방향으로 병렬되어 있는 주름이 생기며, 상기 주름의 병렬 밀도가 적지편의 아래쪽을 향해 성기게 형성되도록 변화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 고정 영역이 상기 팬티의 내면에 대향하는 상기 적지편의 내면에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적지편이 쿠션성을 지니는 스폰지 재질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
