Abstract

본 고안은 액상이나 분말등으로 충진된 용기내의 내용물을 용이하게 인출할 수 있도록 뚜껑의 임의 일측에 스푼 걸이대가 일체로 상비되게한 특징의 스푼 걸이대를 형성한 용기 뚜껑에 관한 것으로서, 뚜껑(1)은 상면부(2)와 측면부(3)로 구성되어 있으며, 측면부(3)의 임의 일측에는 스푼 걸이대(4)를 형성하되, 전기 스푼 걸이대(4)는 내측이 트인 공간부(5)를 양 측연결부(6)로 감싼체 형성되어 있고, 전기 측연결부(6)의 사이는 돌기(9)가 있는 덮개(8)가 접철부(7)로서 연결되어 있으며, 전기 돌기(9)와 마주 보고 있는 측면부(3)에는 돌기 걸림부(10)를 형성한 것이다.
그리고 상기 측면부(3)의 내측에는 용기의 목에 걸려 고정될 수 있는 환형의 걸림턱(11)을 형성한다.

Description

스푼 걸이대를 형성한 용기 뚜껑
제1도는 본 고안인 용기 뚜껑의 사시도이고,
제2도는 본 고안인 뚜껑 스푼 걸이대에 스푼을 걸어둔 상태를 보인 정단면도이다.

본 고안은 액상이나 분말등으로 충진된 용기내의 내용물을 용이하게 인출할 수 있도록 뚜껑의 임의 일측에 스푼 걸이대가 일체로 상비되게한 특징의 스푼 걸이대를 형성한 용기 뚜껑에 관한 것이다.
상기와 같은 본인의 선행기술로서는 실출95-00348호가 있으나, 이는 뚜껑의 내부가 스크류방식으로 되어 있어 기술적 적용범위가 난이한 점이 있었고, 또한 스푼이 항시 노출되어 있어 먼지등이 묻게되는 바, 위생적으로도 불결한 단점이 제기 되었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이상에서 지적된 선행인 실출95-00348호를 근본적으로 개량하고자 출원한 것으로서, 이를 첨부된 도면에 의거 상술하면 다음과 같다.
뚜껑(1)은 상면부(2)와 측면부(3)로 구성되어 있으며, 측면부(3)의 임의 일측에는 스푼 걸이대(4)를 형성하되, 전기 스푼 걸이대(4)는 내측이 트인 공간부(5)를 양 측연결부(6)로 감싼체 형성되어 있고, 전기 측연결부(6)의 사이는 돌기(9)가 있는 덮개(8)가 접철부(7)로서 연결되어 있으며, 상기 돌기(9)와 마주 보고 있는 측면부(3)에는 돌기 걸림부(10)를 형성한 것이다.
그리고 상기 측면부(3)의 내측에는 용기의 목에 걸려 고정될 수 있는 환형의 걸림턱(11)을 형성한다.
도면중 미설명 부호 100은 용기, 101은 은박지, 200은 스푼을 보인 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
뚜껑((1))은 제1도와 같은 상태로 용기(100)에 씌워진후 스푼(200)을 공간부(5)에 넣고 덮개(8)를 덮으면 완성되는 것이다.
따라서, 사용시는 뚜껑(1)을 개봉한후, 또는 개봉하기전에 덮개(8)를 열고 스푼(200)을 꺼낸후 용기(100)내의 내용물을 인출하게 되는 것이며, 사용후는 다시 용기(100)에 뚜껑(1)을 닫은 후 스푼(200)을 스푼 걸이대(4)에 재보관하면 되는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 스푼을 매우 위생적으로 보관할 수 있는 특징의 스푼 걸이대를 형성한 용기 뚜껑에 관한 것이다.

  1. 뚜껑(1)은 상면부(2)와 측면부(3)로 구성되어 있으며, 측면부(3)의 임의 일측에는 스푼 걸이대(4)를 형성하되, 전기 스푼 걸이대(4)는 공간부(5)와 측연결부(6)로 되어 있고, 상기 측연결부(6)의 사이는 돌기(9)가 있는 덮개(8)가 접철부(7)로서 연결되어 있음과, 상기 돌기(9)와 마주 보고 있는 측면부(3)에는 돌기 걸림부(10)를 형성한 것이며, 그리고 상기 측면부(3)이 내측에는 걸림턱(11)을 형성한것을 특징으로한 스푼 걸이대를 형성한 용기 뚜껑.
