Abstract

Disclosed is an improved structural method for an automobile wheel arch protector by forming the interior structure from a combined structure of steel wire arrangement and projections. The wheel arch protector has projected lugs (2,2') fixed integrally to the interior of the U shaped composite resin body(1) and steel wires(3,3') buried in both ends of the U shaped composite resin body(1). The wires can be buried as polygonal shapes; the lugs can be formed as consecutive and in a top-bottom alternate manner; lugs(2,2') are formed in the mold during protector molding; and a steel core is pressed so as to bury the wires on both ends.
