の車体への取付構造に関する。

付に際しては相方の接合面に接着剤を塗布してか
ら接着が完了するまでこの部分をクランプにて加
圧して接合を行なつていた。

る、クランピングの間は取付部周辺の作業が出来
ず生産時間が増大する、FRPルーフと車体との
位置決めが面倒であるという問題点があつた。

応する位置に少なくとも前記リブの掛合部の巾よ
り狭い巾を有し前記樹脂ルーフと反対側に向つて
折り曲げた爪を内面に形成して設けたスリツトと
を具えることを特徴とするものである。

形成する。スリツト4の巾Wはリブ2の掛合部の
巾より狭く設定する。リブ2およびスリツト4は
ルーフレール3の車巾全体にわたつて設ける必要
はなく。第3図に示すように部分的に設ける方が
よい。また爪5は第3図の爪5aのように連続的
に設けてもよくまた爪5bのように適宜断続的に
設けてもよい。6は接着剤でありルーフ1の取付
けに先立つて接合面に塗布しておく。

造は樹脂ルーフにリブを設け、このリブに対応す
る位置のルーフレール上面部に爪を有するスリツ
トを設け、接着時に樹脂ルーフのリブをスリツト
に押込むだけで接着部に加圧力が発生する構造と
したため、樹脂ルーフの取付けにクランプが不用
になりコスト低減、工数低減が図れ、万一接着剤
が剥れても、リブを介してルーフレールと接合さ
れているため、ルーフが剥れてしまう可能性も少
なくできるという効果が得られる。
