Claims (8)
- 集気部と、主制御部と、放出部と、送気管と、からなり、
前記集気部は下方を開口したカバー体と、前記カバー体の内部に取り付けられたフィルタ部材とを有し、
前記主制御部は気体を吸引して送出可能なポンプを有し、
前記放出部は海中に設置される空気貯留容器を有し、
前記送気管は前記集気部及び前記主制御部の間並びに前記主制御部及び前記放出部の間を連結して各部間で気体の移動を可能としており、
前記ポンプにより前記集気部から汚染空気である前記気体を吸引するとともに前記放出部へ送出し、前記空気貯留容器から前記気体を海中に放出することを特徴とする汚染空気の回収装置。 - 前記空気貯留容器は中空円筒状で両端を閉塞した形状であって圧力調整キャップを備えた複数の噴出口を有し、
前記空気貯留容器内が前記気体で満たされた後、前記圧力調整キャップを介して前記噴出口から一定量の前記気体を放出することで、前記空気貯留容器内を所定の圧力に保ちつつ前記気体を放出可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の汚染空気の回収装置。 - 前記圧力調整キャップが、開口頂部が前記噴出口を囲む形で接続する有底中空状で周壁に通孔を形成したキャップ本体と、前記キャップ本体に内装された弁座と、前記キャップ本体に内蔵され浮力により前記弁座に着座して前記噴出口を閉鎖可能な浮子弁とからなり、
送出された前記気体によって前記空気貯留容器内が前記所定の圧力を超えた際に前記浮子弁が前記弁座から離れ、開放された前記噴出口から前記キャップ本体の前記通孔を介して一定量の前記気体を放出し、常時は前記空気貯留容器内を所定の圧力に保つことを特徴とする請求項2記載の汚染空気の回収装置。 - 前記空気貯留容器は下面開口の半円筒状で両端を閉塞した形状であって、前記空気貯留容器内が前記気体で満たされた後、前記開口の周縁から余剰の前記気体を放出することで、前記空気貯留容器内の前記気体の量を一定量に保ちつつ前記気体を放出可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の汚染空気の回収装置。
- 前記空気貯留容器は中空円筒状で両端を閉塞した形状であって逆止弁を備えた複数の噴出口を有し、前記空気貯留容器の内部には前記送気管と連通する空気供給管を有し、前記空気貯留容器内が前記空気供給管を介して供給される前記気体で満たされた後、前記噴出口から一定量の前記気体を放出することで、前記空気貯留容器内を所定の圧力に保ちつつ前記気体を放出可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の汚染空気の回収装置。
- 前記空気貯留容器は下面開口の半円筒状で両端を閉塞した形状であって、前記空気貯留容器の周壁には浮きと接続されたワイヤーが取り付けられており、前記浮きが波に反応して前記ワイヤーを引くことで前記空気貯留容器が回転し、前記空気貯留容器内に貯留した前記気体を放出可能なことを特徴とする請求項1記載の汚染空気の回収装置。
- 前記送気管の経路上において前記送気管の下面に排出孔が貫通形成されるとともに前記排出孔を覆うトラップが備えられており、
前記トラップは、前記送気管に形成された排出孔を覆うトラップ部材と、前記トラップ部材の下面に貫通形成されたドレン孔と、前記ドレン孔に螺締されるドレンねじとからなり、
前記送気管内を通過する気体に含まれる水分または微小異物を前記トラップ部材内に落下させて前記ドレン孔から排出可能であることを特徴とする請求項1,2,3,4,5または6記載の汚染空気の回収装置。 - 前記空気貯留容器が、内部に貯留した前記気体を一斉に放出可能な一斉放出手段を有していることを特徴とする請求項1,2,3,4,5,6または7記載の汚染空気の回収装置。
