Claims (13)
- 筒部、前記筒部の一方の端部を閉じる底壁および前記筒部の他方の端部に連続する開口縁を有する電池缶と、前記筒部に収容された電極体と、前記開口縁の開口を封口するように前記開口縁に固定された封口体と、を備え、
前記封口体は、封口板と、前記封口板の周縁部に配されたガスケットと、を有し、
前記ガスケットは、前記周縁部の前記電極体側に配された内側リング部と、前記周縁部の前記電極体と反対側に配された外側リング部と、前記周縁部の端面を覆う側壁部と、を有し、
前記封口板と前記ガスケットとが一体成型されることで相互に密着している、電池。 - 前記封口板は、前記周縁部と中央部との間の領域において、前記周縁部および前記中央部よりも厚みの薄い薄肉部が設けられ、
前記外側リング部が、前記薄肉部の少なくとも一部を覆っている、請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記外側リング部の内周輪郭の形状が、回転対称性および/または面対称性を有する、請求項1または2に記載の電池。
- 前記外側リング部は、前記電極体と反対側に突出する突起部を有し、前記突起部が前記開口縁により前記筒部の軸方向に圧縮されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記周縁部の前記外側リング部との対向面および/または前記内側リング部との対向面の少なくとも一方に、前記封口板の厚み方向に向かう凹部を有し、
前記凹部内の空間を、前記外側リング部または前記内側リング部が埋めている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電池。 - 電池缶は、前記開口縁と前記筒部の間に、前記開口縁の内径および前記筒部の内径よりも内径の小さな縮径部を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記封口体は、前記電池缶の内側を向く第1主面、前記第1主面とは反対側の第2主面、および、前記第1主面と前記第2主面とを繋ぐ側面を有し、
前記開口縁の少なくとも一部を覆うとともに前記開口縁と電気的に接続し、かつ、前記封口板と電気的に絶縁された導電性のキャップと、をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電池。 - 前記キャップは、前記電池缶の前記開口縁を介して、前記封口体の前記側面の少なくとも一部を覆う第1部分を有する、請求項7に記載の電池。
- 前記キャップは、前記封口体の前記第2主面の外周縁の少なくとも一部を覆う第2部分を有する、請求項7または8に記載の電池。
- 前記キャップの前記第1部分は環状であり、
無負荷状態において、前記キャップの前記第1部分の最小の内径は、前記電池缶の前記開口縁の前記キャップで覆われる部分の最大の外径よりも小さい、請求項9に記載の電池。 - 前記キャップは、前記電池缶の前記開口縁に溶接されている、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記開口縁の端面は、前記封口体の前記側面上に配置されている、請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池缶の高さ方向において、前記封口体と接触する最低位置における前記開口縁の外径は、前記筒部の外径よりも小さい、請求項12に記載の電池。
