Claims (12)
- 流路軸線方向に延びる内部流路が形成されている弁本体と、前記内部流路内で弁軸を介して前記弁本体に前記流路軸線と垂直な回動軸線周りに回動可能に支持される円盤形状の弁体と、前記内部流路の内周に設けられた環状の弁座とを備え、前記弁軸の回動により前記弁体の外周縁部を前記弁座に接離させて内部流路の開閉を行うバタフライバルブであって、
前記弁体の二つの対向する主面の一方に、前記回動軸線と交差する方向に延びる溝部が設けられており、前記溝部の両側壁が回動軸線方向に互いに向かって凸状に延びる凸状湾曲面として形成されていることを特徴とするバタフライバルブ。 - 前記溝部の前記両側壁の凸状湾曲面が頂部を挟んで接続される異なる湾曲半径の曲面部分を有している、請求項1に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記溝部の凸状湾曲面は、開弁時に流体の流出側に配置される第1の曲面部分の湾曲半径が開弁時に流体の流入側に配置される第2の曲面部分の湾曲半径よりも大きくなるように形成されている、請求項2に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記弁体において、前記溝部を挟んで回動軸線方向の両側に外縁残留部が形成されており、該外縁残留部が前記回動軸線から離れる方向に凸状に湾曲した凸状湾曲面を有している、請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記外縁残留部の各々の凸状湾曲面が頂部を挟んで接続される異なる湾曲半径の凸状曲面部分を有している、請求項4に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記外縁残留部の凸状湾曲面は、開弁時に流体の流出側に配置される第1の曲面部分の湾曲半径が開弁時に流体の流入側に配置される第2の曲面部分の湾曲半径よりも大きくなるように形成されている、請求項5に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記溝部が形成されている前記弁体の主面と対向する主面には、球面状の窪み部が形成されている、請求項1に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記溝部が形成されている前記弁体の主面と対向する主面には、球面状の窪み部が形成されている、請求項2に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記溝部が形成されている前記弁体の主面と対向する主面には、球面状の窪み部が形成されている、請求項3に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記溝部が形成されている前記弁体の主面と対向する主面には、球面状の窪み部が形成されている、請求項4に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記溝部が形成されている前記弁体の主面と対向する主面には、球面状の窪み部が形成されている、請求項5に記載のバタフライバルブ。
- 前記溝部が形成されている前記弁体の主面と対向する主面には、球面状の窪み部が形成されている、請求項6に記載のバタフライバルブ。
