Description
The present invention relates to a rotation angle detection device that detects a rotation angle of a shaft.
Conventionally, a rotation angle detection device that detects the rotation angle of a shaft of an electric motor has been proposed. Specifically, a rotation angle detection device having an optical mechanism that detects a rotation angle that is an absolute angle within one rotation of the shaft, and a magnetic mechanism that detects the number of rotations of the shaft and the direction of rotation of the shaft. Has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
In the optical mechanism, a disc having an optical pattern including a plurality of non-reflective portions and a reflective portion provided in one circumferential direction on one surface is directly attached to a shaft. Alternatively, the disk is attached to the shaft via a boss attached to the shaft. The light emitting element emits light to the optical pattern on the disk, the light receiving element receives the light reflected by the disk, and the rotation angle detector detects the rotation angle of the shaft based on the light received by the light receiving element and the optical pattern. Is detected. In the magnetic mechanism, the magnet is attached to the shaft, and when the shaft rotates, the magnetic field formed by the magnet changes, the magnetic field detector detects the changing magnetic field, the rotational speed detector detects the magnetic field detector Based on the detected magnetic field, the number of rotations of the shaft and the direction of rotation of the shaft are detected.
However, in the conventional rotation angle detection device, the disc having the optical pattern is directly attached to the shaft or attached to the shaft via a boss attached to the shaft, so that the disc is damaged. Not only the rotation angle detection device but also the shaft and thus the electric motor must be discarded. Further, in the conventional rotation angle detection device, since the magnet is attached to the shaft, when the magnet is damaged, not only the rotation angle detection device but also the shaft and the electric motor must be discarded. If the shaft is not damaged, it is not necessary to discard the shaft and thus the electric motor, so there is a need to provide a rotation angle detection device that does not require the shaft to be discarded if the disc or magnet is damaged.
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to obtain a rotation angle detection device that does not require the shaft to be discarded when a disc or magnet is damaged.
In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, the present invention provides a disc having an optical pattern including a plurality of non-reflective portions and reflective portions provided on one surface in a circumferential direction, and the disc A light-emitting element that irradiates light to the optical pattern, a light-receiving element that receives light reflected by the disk, a shaft based on the light received by the light-receiving element and the optical pattern that the disk has A rotation angle detector for detecting the rotation angle of the shaft, a magnet that rotates as the shaft rotates, a boss that is fixed to the shaft, and a first magnetic field detection that detects a magnetic field that changes as the shaft rotates. And a rotation speed detection section that detects the rotation speed of the shaft and the direction of rotation of the shaft based on the magnetic field detected by the first magnetic field detection section. The boss is detachably fixed to the shaft, the magnet is fixed to the boss, and the disc is fixed to the magnet.
The rotation angle detection device according to the present invention has an effect that it is not necessary to discard the shaft when the disc or the magnet is damaged.
Hereinafter, a rotation angle detection device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically illustrating a cross section of the rotation angle detection device 1 according to the first embodiment. Hereinafter, a plurality of components constituting the rotation angle detection device 1 will be described. In FIG. 1, in order to easily understand the rotation angle detection device 1, a part of the plurality of components is compared with other components. The relative size of each component is different from the actual size, and some of the components are not hatched. Some of the plurality of components are expressed by blocks.
The rotation angle detection device 1 is a device that detects the rotation angle of the
First, an optical mechanism included in the rotation angle detection device 1 will be described. The rotation angle detection device 1 further includes a
For example, the
The rotation angle detection device 1 further includes a
The rotation angle detection device 1 further includes a rotation angle detection unit 6 that detects the rotation angle of the
Next, the magnetic mechanism of the rotation angle detection device 1 will be described. The rotation angle detection device 1 further includes a
In the first embodiment, the shape of the
As described above, each of the
An annular recess in which the
The rotation angle detection device 1 further includes a
An annular notch is provided at a position between the two planes of the
The
The rotation angle detection device 1 further includes a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As described above, the
As described above, the
When the
When the
The rotation angle detection device 1 further includes a
Rotation angle detecting device 1 further comprises a rotational speed detection unit 11 that the
Next, a method for detecting a rotation angle that is an absolute angle within one rotation of the
Next, a method in which the magnetic mechanism detects the number of rotations of the
Specifically, the magnetic field H M around the
As described above, the rotation speed detection unit 11 has a storage unit that stores information indicating the detected rotation speed of the
As described above, in the rotation angle detection device 1 according to the first embodiment, the
In addition, in the rotation angle detection device 1, the
Further, in the rotation angle detection device 1, the outer diameter of the
Furthermore, since the outer diameter of the
In the rotation angle detection device 1, the
In the rotation angle detection device 1, since the
In the first embodiment described above, the
The optical mechanism of the rotation angle detection device 1 has a part or all of a lens that collimates the light Lr reflected by the
As described above, the
FIG. 2 is a diagram schematically illustrating a cross section of the rotation angle detection device 1 </ b> A according to the second embodiment. In the second embodiment, parts different from the first embodiment will be mainly described. Also in FIG. 2, the relative size of a part of the plurality of constituent elements constituting the rotation
The rotation
As described in the first embodiment, the rotation angle detection unit 6 is configured to detect the light distribution pattern determined in advance based on the
As described in the first embodiment, the
As described above, the rotation angle detection device 1 </ b> A according to the second embodiment includes the second magnetic
In addition, the rotation angle detector 6 is based on the light distribution pattern determined in advance based on the
The rotation angle detection unit 6 compares the rotation angle of the
By notifying the determination result indicating that the rotation angle of the
As described above, the second magnetic
At least a part of the function of the second magnetic
The rotation angle detection unit 6 included in the rotation

FIG. 3 is a diagram schematically illustrating a cross section of the rotation
The thicknesses of the inner peripheral side and the outer peripheral side of the
