Abstract
Description
特許文献1は、通電電流が少ない低電流駆動時から、定格駆動時までの合計トルクが最大になるように、電流位相角を変化させてモータを駆動させている。
本実施の形態1では、回転電機が、多重多相巻線永久磁石モータである場合を例に説明する。より詳細には、多重化および多相化された電機子巻線を備え、界磁極と電機子とが対抗する間隙において各巻線が磁路を共有するように構成された多重多相巻線交流回転電機を対象に、具体的な説明を行う。
Claims (11)
- 電機子と、回転子とを備えた回転電機と、
前記回転電機を駆動制御する制御器と
を含んで構成された回転電機の制御装置であって、
前記電機子は、複数の磁性のティースを備える電機子鉄心と、前記ティースに巻回され前記ティースの相互間のスロットに収められた多相巻線群からなる電機子巻線とを有し、
前記回転子は、内部に永久磁石が埋め込まれた回転子鉄心を有し、前記電機子と磁気的空隙を介して配置され、かつ、回転軸を中心に回転可能に設けられており、
前記制御器は、逆起電力を打ち消すための弱め界磁電流を増加させる回転数以下において、通電電流一定でトルクが最大になる電流位相角θ1とは異なる電流位相角θで前記回転電機を駆動制御する
回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記制御器は、
通電電流が最大である定格時において、前記電流位相角θ1により前記回転電機を駆動制御し、
前記定格時以外において、前記電流位相角θ1とは異なる電流位相角θにより前記回転電機を駆動制御する
請求項1に記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記制御器は、前記定格時以外において、電流位相角がゼロのときのトルクよりも大きいトルクを出力できる電流位相角として前記電流位相角θを選定し、前記回転電機を駆動制御する
請求項2に記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記制御器は、前記定格時以外において、前記回転電機を駆動制御するに当たって、
θ>θ1
の関係を有するように、前記電流位相角θを選定する
請求項2または3に記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の制御装置における前記制御器によって駆動制御される回転電機であって、
前記電機子および前記回転子は、定格時にトルクが最大になる電流位相角とトルクリップルが最小になる電流位相角とが一致するような構造を有する回転電機。 - 前記回転電機は、
多重多相巻線永久磁石モータであり、
回転子鉄心が2段以上の段スキュー構造を有しており、
異なる段同士で、異なる極性の永久磁石同士が、回転軸方向に沿って見たときに、周方向に重ならないように配置されている
請求項5に記載の回転電機。 - 前記電機子は、前記多相巻線群として第1の電機子巻線と第2の電機子巻線を有しており、
前記第1の電機子巻線の通電位相に対して前記第2の電機子巻線の通電位相が30度ずれるように構成されている
請求項5または6に記載の回転電機。 - 前記回転子鉄心の外形は、回転中心に対して真円の半径よりも小さな半径を部分的に有する花丸形状として形成されている
請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。 - 前記多相巻線群は、分布巻で構成されている
請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。 - 前記多相巻線群は、集中巻で構成されている
請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機の制御装置における前記制御器によって実行される回転電機の制御方法であって、
逆起電力を打ち消すための弱め界磁電流を増加させる回転数以下において、通電電流一定でトルクが最大になる電流位相角θ1とは異なる電流位相角θで前記回転電機を駆動制御する第1制御ステップ
を有する回転電機の制御方法。
