Description
また、図16(C)に示すように、ソルダーレジスト液または耐熱性塗料で、半田付けが必要な箇所をマスクして塗らないように皮膜を作り、溶融状態のハンダ29がランド形状で留まるようにしてもよい。
消費電力=3×0.065=0.195W≒0.2W
となる。また、LG社の商品名:High Power 3535 3Wの場合、
消費電力=3×0.35=1.05W≒1W
となり、Middle PowerのLEDチップを使うことの方が、コストが安いうえに高効率であるためメリットが大きい。なお、High PowerのLEDチップを使用する場合、信頼性が高いうえに、今後の商品開発等の発展も期待できる。

Claims (4)
- 建材に取り付けられるLED照明装置であって、
配線パターンに対応した薄板の形状からなる導電性の配線材と当該配線材に直接実装される少なくとも1つ以上のLEDとから構成される基板レスの発光モジュールと、
前記発光モジュールを覆う透光性カバーと、
前記透光性カバーが取り付けられる支持部材と、を有し、
前記配線材は、前記透光性カバー及び前記支持部材のいずれかに配設されているLED照明装置。 - 前記透光性カバーは長尺状の筒状体であり、
前記支持部材は前記筒状体の長手方向の両端側に設けられた口金とされる直管型であって、
前記配線材は前記筒状体の内面に配設されている請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。 - 前記発光モジュールを駆動する回路基板を収容する筺体と、口金と、をさらに備え、
前記口金の軸心方向に沿って、前記口金、前記筺体、前記支持部材、前記発光モジュール、前記透光性カバーの順に位置するとともに、
前記透光性カバーは、前記支持部材を覆うグローブとされる電球型であって、
前記配線材は、前記支持部材の前記グローブ側に配設されている、請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。 - 前記支持部材は前記建材側に取り付けられる板状のベース部材であり、
前記透光性カバーは前記ベース部材を覆うセードとされるシーリング型であって、
前記配線材は前記ベース部材の前記建材側と反対側に配設されている、請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。
