Abstract
Description
*「初期値」の粘度は調合後、約15分後の粘度とし、1時間後はそれから1時間後の粘度とする。
尚、コーティング剤の中に含まれる全水量とは希釈水として使用しているものと、水性コロイダルシリカに含まれる水の総量となる。
*塗布性については従来の溶剤系に比べてその塗布性を比較した。
*指触乾燥性はJIS K5400に準ずる。塩化ビニル床タイルに塗布された後、塗面の中央に指先で軽く触れて、指先が汚れない状態に塗膜が形成されるまでの乾燥時間を示した。
*塗膜の形成は、塩化ビニル床タイルにサンプルを塗布し、室内にて1週間経過した後の塗膜の外観変化を目視にて観察した。
*光沢度はJIS K5400に準じた鏡面光沢測定装置を用い、入射角と反射角とが60度の時の反射率を測定し、鏡面光沢度の基準面の光沢度を100とした場合の百分率で示した。
*鉛筆硬度はJIS K−5600に準ずる。試験片を水平な台の上に塗膜面を上向きにして固定して約45度の角度で鉛筆を持ち、芯が折れない程度に出来るだけ強く塗膜面に押し付けながら、試験者の前方に均一な速さで約1cm位押し出して塗膜面を引っ掻く。塗膜面の破れに生じない最も硬い鉛筆の硬度記号を示した。但し、JIS鉛筆硬度試験の規格は6Hまでであるが、実際の鉛筆は10Hまで存在するため、その鉛筆硬度で試験を実施した。また、11H以上については鉛筆硬度試験と耐摩耗試験の相関データ(図1)により11H,12H,13Hを推定した。
*塗布性における○は「モップで塗布できる」、△は「モップで塗布が困難である」を意味する。
*判定における○は「良好な仕上りや硬度特性を有する」、×は「仕上りや硬度特性に問題あり」を意味する。「良好な仕上りや硬度特性を有する」とは、光沢度が80以上、硬度が10H以上で、モップによる塗り筋やクラックがみられず、鏡面に近く高硬度の被膜であることを示すのに対し、「仕上りや硬度特性に問題あり」とは先に挙げた光沢不良や白化、塗り筋、クラックといった欠陥や硬度が9H以下であることを意味する。
*静電気特性 (表面抵抗値)は、表面抵抗値測定機 (YC-103)を使用し、室内が25℃, 50%の温湿度条件下に半日以上静置したサンプルを用いて、各5回ずつ測定してその平均値(Xは10を底とする、べき指数を表す。従って表面抵抗値は10XΩとなる)を使用した。得られた表面抵抗値は、経験的に静電気を体感することがなくなる1×1010Ω以下で良好な静電気特性と判定した。
*層間密着性は、JISK−5400の碁盤目法に準じ、試験片の塗面に対して1cm2中に1mm2の碁盤目を100個切り、これにセロハンテープを圧着してから剥離し、100個のうちの残存数から判定した。
*判定における○は「良好な仕上りや密着、静電気特性を有する」、×は「仕上りや密着、静電気特性に問題あり」を意味する。「良好な仕上りや密着、静電気特性を有する」とは、光沢度が80以上でクラックや白化がなく、碁盤目密着試験による剥がれがなく、表面抵抗値が1×107Ω〜1×1010Ωの被膜であることを示すのに対し、「仕上りや密着、静電気特性に問題あり」とは先に挙げた光沢不良やクラック、白化といった欠陥や、碁盤目密着試験による剥がれ、表面抵抗値が1×1010Ωより上の被膜であることを示す。
Claims (5)
- 引火点が80℃以上で火元があっても引火せず、希釈溶媒として引火性の溶媒やアルコールなどを全く含まない水性保護コーティング剤を塗布した、光沢度80以上、硬度は10H以上、滑り特性が乾式で0.6以上、湿式で0.5以上であるコーティング膜を表面に形成した難燃性化学床。
- 当該コーティング剤を100wt%として、少なくともアルコキシシラン及びシランカップリング剤の1種もしくは2種以上がそれぞれ3官能と2官能のいずれかであるアルコキシシラン及びシランカップリング剤並びにその加水分解縮合物の混合物からなるポリオルガノシロキサンを20wt%〜50wt%と、平均粒径5nm〜25nmのコロイダルシリカを30wt%〜60wt%と、触媒としてリン酸など、酸系触媒を0.2wt%〜2.0wt%混合したものを主成分とし、希釈溶媒として引火性の溶媒やアルコールなどを全く含まない難燃性化学床用の水性保護コーティング剤。
- 前記、アルコキシシラン及びシランカップリング剤について、少なくても第4類第3石油類以上のものを主体的に選定するとともに、この中の一種がエポキシ官能基を有するシランカップリング剤であり、当該コーティング剤を100wt%とした場合、このエポキシ官能基を有するシランカップリング剤を5wt%〜25wt%だけ含むものとし、コロイダルシリカは水溶性のものを使用、これらを分散する希釈溶媒は水に置き換え、加水分解に必要な水の総量がアルコキシシランやシランカップリング剤に対して50wt%〜200wt%とし、更に酸系触媒としてリン酸などを加え、加水分解させるようにした請求項2記載の難燃性化学床用水性保護コーティング剤。
- 請求項2記載の水性保護コーティング剤で形成された塗膜を表面に有する難燃性化学床。
- 請求項3記載の水性保護コーティング剤で形成された塗膜を表面に有する難燃性化学床。
