Abstract
太陽電池モジュール1は、複数の太陽電池12と、配線材14と、封止材13とを備える。太陽電池12は、第1及び第2の主面12a,12bを有する。太陽電池12は、第2の主面12bの上に第1及び第2の電極21,22を有する。配線材14は、太陽電池12と電気的に接続されている。封止材13は、太陽電池12を封止している。封止材13は、第1の封止部13aと、第2の封止部13bとを有する。第1の封止部13aは、非架橋性樹脂を含む。第1の封止部13aは、太陽電池12の第1の主面12a側に位置する。第2の封止部13bは、架橋性樹脂を含む。第2の封止部13bは、太陽電池12の第2の主面12b側に位置する。
Description
図3に示される第1の変形例に係る太陽電池モジュールでは、顔料を含む第2の封止部13bが、第1の封止部13aの表面及び側面を覆うように設けられている。このため、太陽電池モジュールの側面からの光の漏れを抑制することができる。従って、太陽電池モジュールへ入射した光の利用効率をさらに高めることができる。従って、より改善された出力特性を得ることができる。
図4に示される第2の変形例に係る太陽電池モジュールでは、ガラスからなる第1の保護部材10と太陽電池12との間に位置する第1の封止部13aがポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンの少なくとも一方を含む。ここで、ポリエチレンやポリプロピレンは、含水率が低い。このため、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンの少なくとも一方を第1の封止部13aに含ませることにより、第1の封止部13aの含水率を低くすることができる。よって、第1の保護部材10に含まれるNa等のアルカリ成分が封止部13に溶出しにくい。従って、第1の保護部材10に含まれるNa等のアルカリ成分が太陽電池12に到達することを効果的に抑制することができる。よって、太陽電池12のアルカリ成分に起因する劣化を抑制することができる。その結果、改善された耐久性を実現することができる。

Claims (10)
- 第1及び第2の主面を有し、前記第2の主面の上に第1及び第2の電極を有する複数の太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池の第1または第2の電極と電気的に接続された配線材と、
前記太陽電池を封止している封止材と、
を備え、
前記封止材は、
非架橋性樹脂を含み、前記太陽電池の前記第1の主面側に位置する第1の封止部と、
架橋性樹脂を含み、前記太陽電池の前記第2の主面側に位置する第2の封止部と、
を有する、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記非架橋性樹脂は、酢酸ビニルモノマー単位を有しない、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記架橋性樹脂は、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体である、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第2の封止部は、着色剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池を複数備え、
前記封止材のうち、隣り合う前記太陽電池の間に位置する部分は、前記第1の封止部により構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第2の封止部は、前記第2の封止部の光反射率を向上させる顔料を含み、且つ、第1の封止部の表面及び側面を覆うように設けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第1の封止部の上に配された第1の保護部材と、
前記第2の封止部の上に配された第2の保護部材と、
をさらに備え、
前記第2の封止部は、前記第1の保護部材に接している、請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第1の封止部の上に配されており、ガラスからなる第1の保護部材と、
前記第2の封止部の上に配された第2の保護部材と、
をさらに備え、
前記第1の封止部は、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンの少なくとも一方を含み、
前記第1の封止部の端部は、前記第2の封止部の端部よりも外側にまで至っており、前記第1の封止部の端部と、前記第2の保護部材とが接触している、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記第2の保護部材の前記第1の保護部材側の表層は、前記第1の封止部に含まれるポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンの少なくとも一方と、溶解パラメータの差が1以下である樹脂を含む、請求項8に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記第2の保護部材の前記第1の保護部材側の表層が、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンの少なくとも一方を含む、請求項8または9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
