Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明にかかるロータリエンコーダの実施の形態1を示す縦断面図であり、図2は、シールドケーブルの基端部を示す一部破断拡大図である。図1に示すように、実施の形態1のロータリエンコーダ91は、モータ10の金属筐体20(具体的には、反負荷側のモータブラケット)に取付けられている。モータ10の回転軸11は、金属筐体20に回転自在に保持されている。
図3は、本発明のロータリエンコーダの実施の形態2を示す縦断面図である。図3において、図1に示すものと同等のものについては、同一の符号を付して説明を省略し、異なるところについて説明する。
図4は、本発明のロータリエンコーダの実施の形態3を示す縦断面図である。図4において、図1に示すものと同等のものについては、同一の符号を付して説明を省略し、異なるところについて説明する。
図5は、本発明のロータリエンコーダの実施の形態4を示す縦断面図である。図5において、図1に示すものと同等のものについては、同一の符号を付して説明を省略し、異なるところについて説明する。

Claims (5)
- 金属筐体に回転自在に保持された回転軸に取付けられた回転符号部と、
前記金属筐体に支持され前記回転符号部の回転量を検出すると共に発熱する回転量検出部と、
基端が前記金属筐体に取付けられ前記回転符号部及び回転量検出部を収容する筒状の絶縁樹脂カバーと、
前記絶縁樹脂カバーの他端の開口部を閉塞する金属蓋と、
前記回転量検出部に電気的に接続され前記金属蓋のケーブル引出し口から外部に引出されシールドが前記金属蓋に伝熱的かつ電気的に接続されたシールドケーブルと、
を備えることを特徴とするロータリエンコーダ。 - 前記金属蓋は、金属ネジにより前記絶縁樹脂カバーと共に前記金属筐体に機械的、伝熱的かつ電気的に接続され、前記シールドケーブルのシールド側と前記金属筐体側の両側で接地されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリエンコーダ。
- 前記回転量検出部と前記金属蓋の間に伝熱材を介在させたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のロータリエンコーダ。
- 前記伝熱材は、ゲル状シリコンであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のロータリエンコーダ。
- 前記絶縁樹脂カバーと前記金属蓋とは、ナノモールド又は一体成型により接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリエンコーダ。
