Abstract
Description
前記表面層及び/又は裏面層が下記の(A)成分を75〜95質量%、及び(B)成分を25〜5質量%含有する樹脂組成物を含み、前記中芯層が(C)成分を95〜50質量%、及び、この積層シートの再生材を5〜50質量%含有する樹脂組成物を含んでなり、
(A)成分、(B)成分、及び(C)成分の屈折率差がそれぞれ0.05以下である積層シートが提供される。
(A)成分:マトリックス樹脂(A−1)とグラフトゴム(A−2)を含み、グラフトゴム(A−2)のグラフト率が30〜50%、グラフトゴム粒径が0.1〜0.5μmであり、ブタジエンを5〜25質量%含有するスチレン系単量体と(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体とを含むゴム変性スチレン系共重合体。
(B)成分:ポリエーテルエステルアミド。
(C)成分:マトリックス樹脂(C−1)とグラフトゴム(C−2)を含み、グラフトゴム(C−2)のグラフト率が70〜90%、グラフトゴム粒径が0.4〜1.0μmであり、ブタジエンを5〜15質量%含有するスチレン系単量体と(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体とを含むゴム変性スチレン系共重合体。
(A−1):スチレン系単量体単位20〜70質量%と、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体単位80〜30質量%とを含み、質量平均分子量が5×104〜1×105である共重合体。
(A−2):ポリブタジエンと、(A−1)と同組成のグラフト枝とを含むグラフトゴム。
(C−1):スチレン系単量体単位30〜80質量%と、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体単位70〜20質量%と、n−ブチルアクリレート0〜10質量%を含み、質量平均分子量が1×105〜1.5×105である共重合体。
(C−2):スチレン−ブタジエンブロック共重合体と、(C−1)と同組成のグラフト枝とを含むグラフトゴム。
グラフトゴム(A−2)のグラフト率が30%未満では、透明性が低下する。グラフト率が50%を超えると、シートの押出方向(MD)に沿った耐折強度が著しく低下する(垂直方向(TD)にサンプリングしたサンプルの耐折強度)。またグラフトゴム粒径が0.5μmを超える場合、ゴムの収縮量が増えることにより表面が粗くなり、キャリアテープ越しに収納されている部品に記載された文字等の視認性が大きく低下する。グラフトゴム粒径が0.1μm以下では耐折強度が著しく低下する。そして(A)成分中のブタジエンを前記のように5〜25質量%の範囲にすると、透明性、前記視認性、及び耐折強度等のバランスが良好な積層シートが得られる。本発明者等は、前記のようにこの「視認性」がJIS K7105に規定されている「像鮮明度」と強い相関性があることを見出し、表面層、裏面層、及び中芯層の樹脂組成について評価を行った。以下本発明の「視認性」についての評価は、この「像鮮明度」の評価による。
本発明の各実施例及び比較例で得られた積層シートを以下の方法にて評価した。
(1)積層シートの透明性
JIS K 7105に準拠し、ヘイズ及び全光線透過率を測定した。
ヘイズの値は15%以下とする。
(2)積層シートの視認性
JIS K 7374に準拠し、像鮮明度を測定した。光学くし目幅は、視感との相関によって1mmを採用した。像鮮明度とは、プラスチックを透過して見える物体の像がどの程度鮮明に見えるかの値であり、具体的数値として本発明の課題の一つである「視認性」を表す値である。像鮮明度の値は88%以上とする。
(3)耐折強度
ASTM D2176に基づき、長さ120mm、幅15mm、厚さ0.3mmの試験片を作製し、東洋精機製作所製MIT耐折疲労試験機を用いて、シートより、MD(シートの押出方向)、及びTD(シートの押出方向に対して垂直方向)を長さ方向としたサンプリングを行い、MIT耐折強度の測定を行った。この時、折り曲げ角度135度、折り曲げ速度175回毎分、測定荷重9.8Nにて試験を行った。MDは100回以上、TDは50回以上とする。
(4)表面抵抗率
JIS K 6911に準拠し、23℃×50%RH環境下で測定した。
尚、帯電防止性能は、測定した表面抵抗率が1012〜1013Ω/sq.では静的状態での障害防止(ほこり付着防止)に有効であり、1010〜1012Ω/sq.では動的状態での障害防止(摩擦等による静電気発生下での帯電防止)に有効である。
表1に示した(A)成分のゴム変性スチレン系共重合体(樹脂1、樹脂2及び樹脂11)と(B)成分の帯電防止剤であるポリエーテルエステルアミド(ペレスタット NC6321/三洋化成)を、表2に示す割合で混合して表面層及び裏面層の樹脂組成物とし、(C)成分のゴム変性スチレン系共重合体(樹脂3、樹脂4及び樹脂12)と再生材とを混合して中芯層とし、φ65mm押出機(L/D=32)1台、φ40mm押出機(L/D=26)2台及び600mm幅のTダイによりマルチマニホールド法にて、平均厚300μm、表面層/中芯層/裏面層:5/90/5の2種3層の積層シートを得た。評価結果を表3に示す。
前記の(A)成分、(C)成分及び(B)を表4に示す割合で混合して各樹脂組成物のコンパウンドを得た以外は、実施例1〜10と同様にして2種3層の積層シートを得た。評価結果を表5に示した。
Claims (6)
- 表面層と、中芯層と、裏面層を含む積層シートにおいて、
前記表面層及び前記裏面層が下記の(A)成分を75〜95質量%、及び(B)成分を25〜5質量%含有する樹脂組成物を含み、前記中芯層が(C)成分を95〜50質量%、及び、この積層シートの再生材を5〜50質量%含有する樹脂組成物を含み、
(A)成分、(B)成分、及び(C)成分の屈折率差がそれぞれ0.05以下である、積層シート。
(A)成分:マトリックス樹脂(A−1)とグラフトゴム(A−2)とを含み、グラフトゴム(A−2)のグラフト率が30〜50%、グラフトゴム粒径が0.1〜0.5μmであり、ブタジエンを5〜25質量%含有するスチレン系単量体と(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体とを含むゴム変性スチレン系共重合体。
(B)成分:ポリエーテルエステルアミド。
(C)成分:マトリックス樹脂(C−1)とグラフトゴム(C−2)とを含み、グラフトゴム(C−2)のグラフト率が70〜90%、グラフトゴム粒径が0.4〜1.0μmであり、ブタジエンを5〜15質量%含有するスチレン系単量体と(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体とを含むゴム変性スチレン系共重合体。 - 前記(A)成分が、下記のマトリックス樹脂(A−1)60〜90質量%と、グラフトゴム(A−2)40〜10質量%とを含む、請求項1に記載の積層シート。
(A−1):スチレン系単量体単位20〜70質量%と、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体単位80〜30質量%とを含み、質量平均分子量が5×104〜1×105である共重合体。
(A−2):ポリブタジエンと、(A−1)と同組成のグラフト枝とを含むグラフトゴム。 - 前記(C)成分が、下記のマトリックス樹脂(C−1)50〜85質量%と、グラフトゴム(C−2)50〜15質量%とを含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の積層シート。
(C−1):スチレン系単量体単位30〜80質量%と、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体単位70〜20質量%と、及びn−ブチルアクリレート0〜10質量%とを含み、質量平均分子量が1×105〜1.5×105である共重合体。
(C−2):スチレン−ブタジエンブロック共重合体と、(C−1)と同組成のグラフト枝とを含むグラフトゴム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシートを用いた電子部品包装容器。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシートを用いたキャリアテープ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシートを用いた電子部品搬送用トレイ。
