Claims (3)
- 外装体と、外装体の内部空間に収容される導電体と、導電体に溶接で接合される内端から、外装体に形成される貫通孔から外装体の外部空間に突き出る外端まで延びるリードと、内端および外端の間でリードに形成されて、貫通孔を封鎖する膨大部とを備えることを特徴とする電子部品。
- 請求の範囲第1項に記載の電子部品において、前記膨大部および外端の間で前記リードはめっき膜に覆われることを特徴とする電子部品。
- 導電タブと、導電タブに溶接で接合される導電性の球状体と、一端で球状体に溶接で接合されるリードと、少なくとも部分的に球状体およびリードに覆い被さるめっき膜とを備えることを特徴とする電子部品用リードユニット。
