Description

BACKGROUND ART In an automatic door provided at an entrance of a general building, in the case of a two-door central door, usually two doors are driven and the mass is often about 50 to 70 kg. On the other hand, in an elevator door system, it is necessary to move both the car-side door and the landing-side door even with the same two central doors, and because the equipment requires higher safety than an automatic door, the driving door mass is reduced. The weight is about 100 to 400 kg, which is more than twice that of the automatic door. In addition, compared to automatic doors installed between the outside and the building, elevator doors installed in buildings require higher quietness, so they are less expensive than geared motors commonly used in automatic doors. However, a gearless motor with low noise is desirable, so that the torque required by the motor is large, and the physical size is large as compared with an automatic door.
In addition, automatic doors must be kept below the ceiling height in the vertical direction, so dimensional restrictions are severe, but there are obstacles in the direction perpendicular to the plane along the door surface. Are few and the dimensional restrictions are loose.
As described above, an automatic door generally has a smaller motor size than an elevator door device, and furthermore has less dimensional restrictions in a direction perpendicular to a plane along the door surface. Has a rotation axis arranged in a direction substantially perpendicular to a plane along the surface of the door, and it is easy and common to set the length of this rotation axis shorter than the width of the automatic device. ing.
On the other hand, the elevator door has a large motor size for the reason described above, and the elevator door device is generally provided on a car. There are components of the landing-side door device in a direction perpendicular to the direction, and dimensional restrictions in a direction substantially perpendicular to a plane along the surface of the door are severe so as not to contact these components during elevator traveling (2). (About 90mm for a central hinged door). On the other hand, elevators are often placed at a higher position than the car ceiling, so the restrictions on dimensions in the vertical direction are less strict than those of automatic doors, and are sometimes 300 mm or more higher than the entrance height. Many.
From the characteristics of the motor of the elevator door device as described above and the characteristics of the installation conditions, in the elevator door device, the motor is installed between the landing side end of the car side sill and the car side end of the rail frame. In such a case, the rotation axis is arranged almost vertically.
As a conventional elevator door device having a rotating shaft arranged vertically, one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-208159 is known, and this is shown in FIG.
The
However, in the conventional elevator door apparatus, the
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator door device capable of improving the life of a door belt and coping with an increase in the mass of a car door without increasing the width of a rail frame.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a car door, a door rail for guiding an upper part of the car door, a rail frame fixed to the car holding the door rail, and a lower part of the car door. A sill to guide, a door motor arranged in a region from a landing side end of the sill to a car side end of the rail frame to drive the car door, a driving pulley provided on a rotation shaft of the door motor, In an elevator door apparatus including a driven pulley provided to face a driving pulley, and a door belt wound around the driving pulley and the driven pulley and to which the car door is attached, the door motor extends along a surface of the car door. The sill has a rotation axis arranged in a direction substantially perpendicular to the plane, and the length of the rotation axis is set at the landing side end of the sill. Characterized by being shorter than the distance to the car-side end portion of the Lumpur frame.
In the elevator door apparatus according to the present invention, the door motor has a rotating shaft arranged in a direction substantially orthogonal to a plane along the surface of the car door, and the length of the rotating shaft is set at a distance from the landing side end of the sill. Since the distance to the car frame end of the rail frame is set shorter, the radius of curvature of the door belt can be made relatively large without increasing the width of the rail frame, thereby improving its life and increasing the weight of the car door. Can be dealt with.
Further, in the above-described prior art, the motor has a feature that the physical size is long in the axial direction, but the motor of the elevator door apparatus according to the present invention has a feature that the radial direction is large. Since the torque of a motor generally depends on the surface area of a magnet, it is possible to increase the torque more efficiently in the radial direction than in the axial direction. Can be raised well. At this time, in view of the torque required for the motor of the elevator door device, the motor diameter is about two to three times the axial length of the motor and about 200 to 300 mm in the case of a two-door double door as an example.
