Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to cope with any trouble in a front-wheel power steering device as well as to aim at the promotion of commonness in parts by installing a power steering device for rear wheels separately from front wheels, and operating this rear-wheel steering device with a device which is mechanically interlocked with steerage of these front wheels. CONSTITUTION:In a rear-wheel steering device, there is provided with a power cylinder 40 which steers rear wheels 32 via an actuating rod 43. Also, there is provided with a rear-wheel power steering 30 which has an input member 36 to be operated by an interlock 20 and a feedback member 37 to be interlocked with the actuating rod 43, and has a servo valve 35 controlling the feed and exhaust of working fluid to be fed to both operating chambers 44a, 44b of the power cylinder 40 from a feed pump 50 according to relative movements of both these members 36 and 37. On the other hand, in the interlock 20, there are provided with a first gear 21 interlocking with front wheels 14, a second gear to be engaged with this, both first and second links 23, 24 to be pivotally supported each to these gears 21 and 22, and a third link 25 to be pivotally supported by these links 23 and 24 and simultaneously to be connected to the input member 36.
