Abstract
PURPOSE:To maintain a proper composition for superconductivity and eliminate change by time completely by composing a superconductive body of superconductive matter including oxygen and a layer of surface coating which oxygen and water do not permeate. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive composite material is composed of superconductive matter including oxygen and a layer of surface coating which oxygen and water do not permeate. For the coating layer, one or more of inorganic dielectric matter of SiO2, nitriding Si, Al2O3, AlN, etc., or organic dielectric such as plastic shall be used. Also non-oxidizing metal or passive oxidizing film forming metal shall be used, where one of Au, Pt, Ag, Cu, Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir, etc., or its alloy shall be used for the nonoxidizing metal. For the passive state oxidizing film forming metal, one of Al, Ta, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Cr, Mo, Co, Ni, etc., or its alloy shall be used. External coming in and going out of oxygen and penetration of water can thus be prevented.
