Also non-oxidizing metal or passive oxidizing film forming metal shall be used, where one of Au, Pt, Ag, Cu, Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir, etc., or its alloy shall be used for the nonoxidizing metal. For the passive state oxidizing film forming metal, one of Al, Ta, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Cr, Mo, Co, Ni, etc., or its alloy shall be used.
