Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the hazard of explosion even if oily substances are fed and shorten the processing time by disposing a liquid drain pan to receive liquid flowing out of a liquid drain hole set in a low part of the side of the disposer vessel, and allowing liquid to be drained out of the casing through a drain pipe. CONSTITUTION:When combustible oils such as tempura oil or noodles and its soup are thrown into the disposer vessel 5 by opening the cover 4 of the casing 1, liquids are drained in a liquid drain pan 12 through a liquid drain hole 11 set in the bottom of the side of the disposer vessel 5. The drained liquids enter a through-hole 17 of a drain pipe 15 and pass through a drain valve 16 which has been operated and opened for a set time interval since the conduction of the heater 3. The liquids then drip into a drain pan 14 which is dumped by the user. Therefore, oils and water do not stay inside the disposer vessel 5, and so, even if the heater 3 of the disposer is started, explosion or hazardous combustion condition can be prevented, and problems such as too long a processing time due to evaporating a large quantity of water are avoided.
