CONSTITUTION:Each signal out of a intake air temperature sensor 11 installed in converging part 2a of an inlet pipe 2 and a cooling water temperature sensor or the like of an engine is inputted into a controller 5. When a difference between cooling water temperature before starting and that after starting is less than the specified value, it is judged to be a restarting mode, and a lean factor is set according to a difference between the cooling water temperature and intake air temperature. Since a fuel quantity is abated according to this lean factor, overrichness in an air-fuel mixture at the time of cold restarting can be prevented from occurring.
