Abstract

PURPOSE:To always perform proper control with respect to the variation in a disturbance element, the shape of a molded product and the properties of a raw material, by judging molding quality corresponding to the detection signal from an injection molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A judge part 12 compares the detection signal from a sensor 10A with the set value stored in a set value memory 14 to judge molding quality. For example, when the molding quality is judged from the aspect of a cushion amount, the upper and lower limit cushion amounts to standard quality are stored in the set value memory 14. When the detected cushion amount is present between the lower and upper limit cushion amounts, it is judged that the cushion amount is proper and the molding quality is well. When the detected cushion amount is smaller than the lower limit cushion amount, it is judged that the cushion amount is too little and the molding quality is inferior. Contrarily, when the detected cushion amount is larger than the upper limit cushion amount, it is judged that the cushion amount is two large and molding quality is inferior.
