Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A ventilator 1 is provided with a ventilation fan 2, humidity sensor 3, and gas sensor 4, and at the same time with another humidity sensor 5 which detects relative humidity of the outside, a dehumidifier 6 which dehumidifies air and humidifier 7 which humidifies air. The humidity sensor 3 is able to detect the relative humidity of the room air and it is provided on the wall face W on the room side of the projecting corner section where the outer-wall of the house projects outwards. And, the outputs of detection of humidity sensors 3 and 5 and gas sensor 4 are transmitted to a control device K and this control device K operates selectively the dehumidifier 6, humidifier 7 along with the ventilation fan 2. The control device K is provided with standard circuits A1, A2, and A3 which store standard values of relative humidity and the degrees of pollution and with comparative circuits B1, B2, and B3 and logic circuit C and relays D1, D2, and D3.
