Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent moisture condensation to maintain health for persons living in a room by turning automatically ON and OFF a ventilation fan by means of a moisture condensation sensor. CONSTITUTION:A ventilator in a room is provided with a ventilation fan 2 and moisture condensation sensor 3 and also with a control device K which turns the ventilation fan 2 ON and OFF by the detection signal of the sensor 3, and with a gas sensor 4 which detects the pollution of the air in the room, humidity sensors 5 and 6 which respectively detect the relative humidity in the air in the room and outside humidity and a dehumidifier 7 which dehumidifies the air. For the ventilation fan 2 an ordinary ventilation fan, small size motor fan used for office automation equipment can be used to advantage, and the moisture condensation sensor 3 generates detection signals by detecting moisture condensation. The detection signals from the moisture condensation sensor 3, gas sensor 4, humidity sensor 5 and 6 are transmitted to the control device K and the control device K operates selectively the ventilation fan 2 along with the dehumidifier 7.
