Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently suppress a reset voltage of a current transformer and a voltage at the time of a reverse current mode of the current transformer, by connecting a tertiary winding through a diode so as to become the polarity by which a magnetic flux of the current transformer is reset to both ends of a capacitor of a voltage clamp type snubber. CONSTITUTION:One terminal of a tertiary winding 3c of a current transformer 3 is connected to a source S side of a MOSFET 2 in common with one terminal of a secondary winding 2b, and the other terminal of the tertiary winding 3c is connected to an intermediate connecting point between a diode 21 of a voltage clamp type snubber 20 and a capacitor 22 through a diode 24. That is, it is connected so as to become the polarity by which a magnetic flux of the current transformer 3 is reset to both ends of the capacitor 22 of the voltage clamp type snubber 20. Accordingly, at the time of turn-off of a semiconductor switch, or at the time of conduction of a fly-wheel diode connected in parallel to the semiconductor switch, a secondary winding voltage of the current transformer 3 can be clamped to a constant-voltage. In such a way, the generation of an overvoltage can be suppressed.
