Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the linearity by representing an input voltage given to a differential input terminal by a product between a resistance of a path comprising 1st-4th transistors(TR) and the impedance element and a current flowing to the path thereby canceling the total sum of the voltage component caused in the internal resistance of each TR. CONSTITUTION:TRs Q15, Q16 form a current mirror circuit 14, the collector of the TR Q16 is an input and the collector of the TR Q15 is an output section and the emitters of the TRs Q15, Q16 are connected to a 1st power supply (Vcc). Then the output of the current mirror circuit 14 and the input terminal 1 are connected to form a feedback path. Through the constitution above, in varying the ratio of the current flowing to current sources Ic11, Ic12 (identical) to the current flowing to the current source Ic2, the impedance viewed from the input terminal 1 is made variable.
