Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve productivity of a formed object, while microwave heating is used for melting the prepreg of polypropylene thermoplastic resin, by raising the index of the dielective loss of the prepreg by mixing additives in the case of processing prepregs of thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:In a prepreg Pr, the thermoplastic resin of polypropylene type is fiber-reinforced by the prepreg, and upon the prepreg process, the fiber and the powder of carbon are added to the thermoplastic resin, and further the rubber of polysulphide with large dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor is added to and mixed with said resin. The added carbon amount is preferably 5-30wt.% and the mixed amount of rubber is proferably 5-30wt.%.
